Technician was great, super helpful but the support process is let down by not exposing the fact that "custom" Shopify themes are not supported and then having to wait 24-48 hours for feedback.

Used to love this app however with the upgrade to store 2.0 it doesn't work properly and support is super slow (no live chat as listed as they are never there)... Used to be amazing support and worked like a treat but...

It used to be a great app but after several years of using it, it stopped working for new products and I cannot get any help from customer service to get it going again. Existing products are fine but cannot add multiple images to new products.

There have been a few times when we have needed to reach out to support to help fix a few bugs. Support has always responded in a timely manner and have been very helpful in solving any problems we encounter with the app.
