To be honest, I'm truly disappointed. I have been using this app for over three months now, and I believe I have gained some level of authority to voice my concerns. I have reached out to them twice to address my issues, but both times have been incredibly frustrating. Their technical support is never available online, despite automated messages promising a response within three hours. However, even after waiting for four sets of three hours, I still haven't received any contact from them. It has been a painful experience, and I am considering switching to a different app. However, due to the significant amount of work involved in such a transition, I have been patiently waiting for their assistance, albeit with a sense of resignation. Therefore, I would once again advise everyone to exercise caution when making their choices, unless you wish to add more workload to themselves in the future.

The app has been performing well on our store, no real hiccups, but for questions and queries, the timeline for waiting for a response has been frustrating. Recently support has been taking a long time to respond. For example, I sent multiple messages to support on 16th June, and now it's 19th June, and am still waiting for a response. I hope this improves. Otherwise, it's an awesome app. But being let down by slow service at the moment.

Swatch King is very user friendly. The features on it are so well thought out and it creates an environment that looks clean and appealing to the customer. Had a small issue with how the swatches were showing up on my site. They got it sorted for me within 12 hours and all good now. By far the easiest way to manage swatches and variant buttons on my site.
