Veeqo Shipping and Inventory
All reviews
We've been using Veeqo for the majority of our shipping operations—probably around 90% of our daily shipments with ShipStation serving as our backup. We also use Veeqo alongside Finale Inventory through Shopify, and overall it's become an important part of our workflow. I'd give Veeqo an **8.5/10**. **What we like most:** * The shipping rates have saved us a significant amount of money, especially with today's shipping costs. * The bundling feature is excellent and has streamlined our fulfillment process. * The AI support is the best I've used. It usually provides accurate answers, and when it can't, a knowledgeable support representative is assigned quickly. * We also leverage Veeqo's inventory capabilities together with Finale Inventory through Shopify, which works well for our business. **Areas for improvement:** * I'd love to see the shipping cost displayed directly on the shipped order record after an order has been fulfilled. Having to look elsewhere for that information adds unnecessary steps. * Better reporting would be extremely valuable. Reports should include the item shipped, product cost, shipping cost, package weight, dimensions, carrier, and service used in a single view. * It would also be great if bundles created in Veeqo could sync back to Shopify automatically, making bundle management much more seamless across platforms. Overall, Veeqo has been a great platform for our business. It's helped us improve efficiency, reduce shipping costs, and manage fulfillment more effectively. With a few enhancements around reporting and bundle synchronization, it could easily become a 10/10 solution.
Let us put orders from multiple selling platforms in one place. Also given us the ability to track our stock levels across all the platforms in one place.
Veeqo is an excellent all-in-one solution for shipping, order management, inventory management, and syncing inventory across multiple marketplaces, including Shopify, Amazon, and eBay. Its biggest strengths are its affordable pricing, robust shipping features, and its ability to keep inventory synchronized across multiple sales channels. Since Veeqo is owned by Amazon, it's also reassuring to know that Amazon orders receive an added level of integration and protection. Compared to other inventory and shipping platforms, Veeqo is significantly more affordable, making it an excellent value despite some areas that still need improvement. One of Veeqo's standout features is how quickly it recognizes new Shopify and eBay listings, often within 15 minutes. However, it's surprisingly inconsistent when it comes to new Amazon listings. Despite being owned by Amazon, Veeqo can sometimes take several days—or even weeks—before a new Amazon listing can be connected to the system. The purchase order and demand forecasting features are useful additions, but they can become sluggish when managing very large inventories like ours, which exceeds 300,000 SKUs. The purchase order functionality also needs refinement. We've experienced occasional errors during the receiving process, and if you're not paying close attention, it's possible to accidentally receive the same inventory twice, creating duplicate inventory records that require additional time to correct. Overall, Veeqo offers tremendous value for the price. While it has some shortcomings—particularly with Amazon listing synchronization and purchase order management—its competitive pricing, strong shipping capabilities, and reliable inventory synchronization make it a worthwhile solution for businesses selling across multiple marketplaces.
Very convenient to combine both amazon and shopify storefronts. The savings per package is also a nice bonus. I do wish there was a clearer way to create bulk shipments.
Veeqo has been great! Glad to see how they are implementing new features based on Amazon updates. We are hopeful they can begin to venturing into improving their Inventory Management features.
We have been using Veeqo to operate our business for over 7 years and it has been a great tool for us. It has continued to advance over the years with upgrades and new features being released regularly. The integrations with our sales channels are outstanding. We have looked at other solutions similar to Veeqo a number of different times to ensure that we continue to utilize the most suitable solution for our business and have yet to find anything that checks more boxes for us. The support staff at Veeqo has always been very helpful as well. We definitely recommend Veeqo especially if you have multiple online sales channels to connect with.
Veeqo has opened up a whole lot of opportunities for us, and was the only platform that allowed us to link a shop epos (Vend) with multiple shopify stores. There are a few niggles as there are with any out of the box platform, but it's very powerful and currently free to use too! The live chat help has been great over the year we have been using it - they have been able to sort out a lot of questions and any tech issues too. Overall it's a platform that has a lot of potential and now it is well set up I'm looking forward to really starting to harness it's power.
We use this to pick and pack our orders across numerous stores and it's made us a lot more efficient and has helped an awful lot. We have found there are quite a few bugs but the support team is really friendly, quick at replying and keen to help. Progress is continually being made and they are improving at a rapid rate. Best of all it's free!
Very easy to use however the search bar in the order section can be a little temperamental. Adding stock is super easy to keep on top of
So far, so good. Still testing the system but it looks like it will work for us longer term and being free, its got to be worth a try! Finding the inventory control very good, but rather disappointed that there is no longer the stock take functionality we wanted! Team have been extremely responsive, especially Josh who is always there to help me when I get stuck!
I've used the software for over 2 years. The software is very strong for inventory management, and it connects very well with Amazon stores globally. Reporting is great too.
Veeqo has made creating shipping labels in Royal Mail a dream; if you've ever had to log into RM's website to generate orders, you'll know how horrible it is. Veeqo has done a lot of work to make this simple! Keeping track of out of stock products within a kit is difficult, because of the caching. However, the support we get from the team is second to none. Always there through email, phone or live chat support. Really looking forward to the pending Purchase Order updates too!
Veeqo has worked for us really well and the support is excellent and it's really easy to use. The on-boarding process was really smooth and they have been very responsive to the few issues with couriers that we have had.
We've been using Veeqo for about 18 months and find it an excellent inventory software. We have quite a complicated inventory and Veeqo were very helpful in helping us organise it to suit our needs. We researched many different softwares and Veeqo ticked nearly all the boxes of what we need. Their support is excellent and it helps for us that they are UK based. We have used a few different inventory softwares over the years and Veeqo has been the best, they are also working on their reporting capabilities, so we are looking forward to that. I have given them 4 stars, but once they improve their reporting, they would get 5 stars from us.
The royal mail integration is good - and multichannel sales management and shipping generally works well. The bad - we find some of the UX a bit slow and buggy and it could do with a bit of an overhaul. Reporting is particularly weak too - better dashboards and some improved basic sales reporting would be great. A few more courier integrations wouldn't go amiss either. Overall though it's just about the best of these kinds of products: Linnworks is definitely overkill for us and a lot of the other inventory management tools are very US-centric and don't have many UK courier integrations.
