This app is the only thing keeping me sane with the integration of my Shopify and Etsy shops. I use another app for inventory tracking, which also allows me to create templates for different collections. I was banging my head against the wall for weeks trying to figure out why Etsy kept knocking my listings out of the category when a template was attached to a listing (I'm sure this was my user error). I was hesitant to start using another app since I feel like there is an app for absolutely everything. In my opinion, Etsy and Shopify are two separate beast, and Vela was a lifesaver for me through this transition. Not to mention the excellent, friendly customer service. If I was asking the AI robot a question it couldn't answer, a human would jump in and help me troubleshoot. I can't wait for Vela to add inventory tracking to their platform. I would highly recommend this app to anyone. This is must for any Shopify shop and bulk editing. Love it!

A Total Game-Changer for Bulk Product Management! As someone managing over 2,500 products, I can confidently say that Vela is a lifesaver! Adding bulk variations to listings used to be a daunting, time-consuming task—until I discovered this app. In just two clicks, I was able to add five variations to 148 listings! The time this saved me is unbelievable. No more messing with intimidating CSV files or tedious manual updates. The interface is intuitive, and the process is seamless. Plus, their customer support is outstanding (shoutout to Justin!)—quick, responsive, and genuinely helpful when I had a question. If you're on the fence, trust me: Vela is worth its weight in gold. It’s a must-have for anyone juggling a large inventory. Love it!

What can I say? This software is hands down my favorite among all the tools I use. With multiple stores across various platforms and over 500 listings, Vela has been a game-changer. It has saved me countless hours—if not weeks—by allowing me to make bulk changes across all my stores, instead of painstakingly editing each listing one by one on different platforms. Justin (the CEO) and his incredible team have truly been a lifesaver. I can’t imagine running my business without this software. I wholeheartedly recommend it to the 1,000+ students I teach every single week!

I've done a lot of research and looked at numberable Etsy to Shopify bulk editing and transfer software. To date, I haven't found a better made program than GetVela so much so that I've actually been a member now for 2 years. Also check out the Video library, that area is loaded with information on how to opperate Vela. On the rare occasion I needed help, Justin, the owner of GetVela always provided top notch customer service. My best advice "give it a try and compare against any other program as I seriously doubt you'll find any better. I just can't wait till Vela is functional with other platforms like Amazon and eBay which I hear won't be long from now.

Vela is by far the best App I have come across to create and update listings in both Etsy and Shopify. Packed full of really useful features that save so much time. I came across a small issue with photos, support was unbelievably swift, my issue was resolved within hours of me sending the details in. The App is continually being developed, I can't wait to see what new efficiencies will be introduced. Efficient, reliable, collaborative, affordable - an easy 5 stars

TLDR: Worth every penny and easily handles listings for Shopify AND Etsy. Makes Listing creation and editing a BREEZE. I consider it absolutely fundamental for the running of my shop. Ok, so I must say that when I found out about this app/tool, it felt pretty miraculous. I was struggling with creating listings on Etsy and was starting to get discouraged and frustrated. I couldn't figure out why my listings could only have 20 characters in the variants' descriptions, but I could SEE OTHER LISTINGS HAD MORE! After a deep dive into an Etsy forum and reading a thread from a while ago where someone suggested Vela and a convert (me, lol) were born. Sometimes, in this entrepreneurship journey, I am blown away by a service or tool someone created that really does what it says, and this is it. I had my Etsy shop before I had Shopify, and honestly, one of the reasons I decided to try Shopify was because Vela worked with both. Seriously, Thank you Vela.

Vela is an essential tool for anyone looking to streamline their product uploading process. Having used Vela for years, I have found them to be invaluable for inventory management and uploading efficiency. Customer support was helpful and Justin was responsive and knowledgeable when I had an issue which was swiftly resolved.

I've used Vela for years, and it saves so much time. They regularly add new features, and the creators are just a message away, and still very hands-on. Amazing app and such a time saver, packs in loads of handy features.

This app has been a tremendous help in saving me time with the bulk editing features and moving products from Etsy to Shopify. The program is very robust and I will continue using this extremely helpful app. Justin has been a great help with any questions or issues I have encountered. He is prompt to assist and get me on track as I learn to use Vela.

Wow! I have only been using this app for a few days but can already see it will be a game-changer for me..!! So many hours saved, so many cool functionalities and such great customer support. After speaking directly with one of the creators, Justin in customer support, I understand there's heaps more cool stuff coming. Love these guys...!!

I loved using Vela to transfer over my listings from Etsy over to Shopify! Followed the videos found on the website. Super efficient. Not only that, but when I had an issue, I contacted Vela via email to resolve the glitch in the transfer, and the customer service team was quick to fix it! Thank you Vela!!

Great app for quickly uploading new products. We do weekly drops and this has made life wayyy easier and I am really happy we made the switch. 4 stars because one feature is crucial that it is missing when it comes to launching new products: Scheduling the launch time. Bummer that you can't do this yet, but was told it is coming, so once that is implemented I will update this review to 5 stars, until then...this missing feature adds an extra multi-step process to our weekly product launches and cuts down on the time savings as a result.

This app is the best way I've found to get into and edit backend information for both Shopify and Etsy. It's also easy to move listings from one platform to the other! And now that they are coming out with importable updates, changing prices will be easier than ever. I also love the timed update feature, I use this quite often to put things on sale - and then to take things off sale again. No more forgetting!

I really enjoyed using the app but the price changes were far too expensive for me. When the only tools I need are to sync listings from Etsy to Shopify, 50USD a month is staggering. Especially considering I only add around 30 listings each month... I wish there was an option for limited features. I don't need AI generation or social share, I simply need to copy listings from one platform to another. I don't need to sync inventories between the two platforms. Again, I simply needed to copy one listing from one platform to another. I'll be back if the pricing structure ever changes.
