Vela | AI, optimization & more

When we did our shopify inventory, over 700 Etsy listings were removed that we paid to activate etc. When I reached out for support, he questioned me about them even existing. Very Very rude customer "support" - do not use them. Edited to add in response: As stated in my review about your company, it was the way you treated me. If I could upload photos of the way you've spoken to me, accused me of making up our listing, bragged about your subscribers etc, I would. The bottom line is you treat people terribly Justin. You are very rude, short, cocky and talk down to people. I reached out for help and instead I received insults, accusations and smart aleck responses. That is my complaint with your company.

I've had this for a while and used it bulk edit Esty listings. Recently I've been trying to make a Shopify store and import listings using various apps and not one had everything I needed. Come to find out I already had what I needed and it couldn't be easier. I have thousands of Etsy listings with many many variants and its still a breeze. The only holdup is Shopify apparently has a variant limit of 1000 per day after you reach 55000 so be aware of that. This has nothing to do with Vela but its best to use Vela 100 listings or so at a time. Cant say enough good things about the program or Justin who was very helpful.

Great app with responsive customer support. I use this app to bulk update inventories between Etsy and Shopify. I have tried many apps to solve this headache, and Vela is hands down the easiest to use. They truly listen to customer feedback, and they have a roadmap full of upcoming updates. So many app subscriptions will take the money and run with few improvements and little customer support. It's refreshing to find a company whose developers are still involved in continuous improvement and updates.

WOW That is my first impression of this app. It is going to save me so much time listing on individual channels now I can do it all on this one app, I like the look of the pages they are easy to navigate well thought out and so so simple to use. Most of my products are customised and the app even supports this which I am super impressed with. I have had to reach out twice to customer support and both times Justin done a screen share with me and walked me through the issue I was having which was a simple user error and was resolved within a few minutes. I am excited to know that they are looking to add ebay and amazon in the future. Well worth the $10 per month as it will literally save me hours upon hours of listing the same products on multiple channels. Subscribe subscribe subscribe you wont regret it, I am so glad I have found this app. Lifesaver!

I love the idea and really hoped that it would help to manage my hundreds of products. More specifically, I wanted to use this app to add and remove variations across multiple listings. This app allows you to use variation profiles to add/remove variations across multiple listings, but unfortunately I still have to go into every product and re-link photos to each variation. This is extremely time consuming when there are 30+ photos on each product. I believe this is an overall Shopify issue and not directly tied to Vela app, but having to do this every time I make a change to a variation profile is ridiculously time consuming so I'll be on the lookout for a better way to manage our products.

With over 300 listings, all with variations. Vela is the perfect app for managing my Shopify & etsy shop. Their customer response is always spot on. When an issue or question arises they are more then willing to listen and help in any way needed. I identified a couple bugs and they had them fixed within a day. No run around or trying to say it was me, they listened and fixed it. Ive managed Software roll outs and I wish they had been on my team. They get an A+ from me.

I've been using getvela for more than 5 years now. With over 2,000 items on multiple marketplaces I can attest that there is no better way to manage, copy, and publish all of your listings in one place. This app has literally saved me years of my life from monotonous listing adjustments and publishing listings. Justin is phenomenal for customer support if you need any help too! So worth $10 a month. I hardly ever leave reviews but after spending a few hours with this app I can say I am very happy that I found it! Very user friendly and the couple of questions I did have were answered almost immediately on a Sunday evening! Not just that but they provided links to very helpful tutorials for each of my questions! Integrated my Etsy and shopify stores and made bulk edits in just a couple hours setup time. Published new listing from Etsy to shopify and visa versa! Can't wait to see how much time this app will save me and best of all I got it for half of what the competition was charging me. Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! Thank You!

Life changing! Simply put... this app has saved me so much time, stress, and messing around. It just does the job it was built to do. I have a lot of products and it still manages to keep up with the strain I put it under with huge multifaceted edits. My favorite part of Vela is being able to bulk edit images. Since using the app there's been multiple updates, so I look forward to what's to come.

and I NEVER leave reviews...this is the single most useful app I've tried on Shopify in 8 years! In only 5 minutes of poking around, I found so many uses for this, it's outstanding! The price is unbeatable and the ease at which you can get things done and not be afraid to screw up the backend of your site is amazing. My mind is blown with this app, this has saved me DAYS worth of work with just a couple of clicks. Worst thing is that I didn't know sooner. I am using it for both my Etsy and Shopify stores. The best thing about it is that you can transform any shopify listing into an Etsy listing with a couple of clicks, and vice versa. The hours this app will save me!! I also sell phone cases and the variant list is huge, so vela makes it super easy by using the profiles function to create a master profile of all my variations which will then apply in seconds to any future new designs. Customer service is incredible, they even got on a call with me when I felt really stuck so I definitely feel supported. Thanks for developing a great time saving app :)

This a great app for bulk editing listings. It has an intuitive design and is easy to use. You can easily add photos, skus, edit descriptions and titles, and the developers are there to help when you reach out for support. We use this app on a regular basis to optimize our listings and are looking forward to the updates for linking the store to Amazon and eBay.

A website developer I am not! Until the Vela app came along I spent long, laborious days editing my 500+ products. Now, with a little help from their terrific support, my time spent editing is now a fraction of what it was. Truly a fantastic product and well worth the money. Again, and I can't stress this enough, the support I've had has been first class. If you don't have this app you must love arduous, tedious work!

Updating inventory to a specific warehouse location doesn't work. For example, I have a warehouse in US and Egypt. If I update the stock quantity in Egypt in Vela, it ends up updating the stock quantity for US in Shopify. Haven't heard anything back from support over 7 days.

I've been using this app for at least 2 years, first on Etsy and now on Shopify and is one of my favourites. It has no comparison when it comes to erasing, adding or changing images in bulk AND adding or editing variations also in bulk! It is THE BEST app out there for this. Among the many functions, the ones for editing tags, prices and for search and replace text, whether is titles or descriptions are also very useful, easy to use, and convenient. 200% Recommended!!! Can't go wrong using Vela!

Excellent app and really good customer service. We have been using Vela for a couple of years and the features keep getting better. Its not cheap but worth the money for the time saved! We run two Shopify sites and an Etsy shop. Not only does Vela make bulk editing quick and easy but you can now copy listings from Etsy to Shopify and vice versa. For us this has been invaluable. You have to refresh the shop on vela before you start editing but as soon as you sync from Vela the changes are instant on your website or Etsy store. Really really good. When you have questions or need a nudge in the right direction customer service is always second to non. I really can't recommend these guys and this app highly enough. Really really good.

This app is a game changer. As a small business with over 350 items on Etsy and approaching that number on Shopify I am no longer afraid to expand! This app is a HUGE timesaver, and the support is some of the best I have ever experienced. I love this app! I have used Vela for years with Etsy and last year added it to my Shopify. I was able to make changes to the store this week in less than 30 minutes that would have been a day's work without Vela. Also, Justin has amazing customer service. Super fast and helpful! It's a bargain for what you get!

This app is the BEST option if you have Etsy and Shopify! It saves me so much time I can't even tell you. I just create a listing on Etsy and then copy it to Shopify within 1 click. The best feature is ability to create profiles, which mean you can bulk edit all your catalogs with 1 click to include photos, listing descriptions, prices, variables, and more. Previously I had to pay for 3 different apps to be able to manage my stores. Now I can do it with just one. And just to blow your mind even more... I've just had a question about 1 thing and send a question via chat. One of the app creator ask me if I want to chat over zoom and show him exactly what I am talking about!!!! I mean...customer service is just AMAZING. We chatted few minutes and he told me exactly what to do. I am so surprised at the quality of this app and the outstanding people behind it!
