We've been using this app for 6 months now and it's great. the dashboard is super helpful and it's easy to set-up and integrate. I wish there was a spot for custom pay-out amount so we could more quickly mark sales at a specific $ amount (instead of manually clicking the items sold and adjusting with additional payout amount) - but honestly, for the price the value is INCREDIBLE. If I ever have questions the support team is so quick to respond. Would 10/10 recommend. My business would not be so functional without this app - really appreciate the time and talents that went into building and maintaining it.

This app is SUCH a timesaver for both split commission consignment as well as stores that have booth vendors. They are quick to respond to any issues via email and also offer a live chat. Any issues I've had so far have been minor and were resolved almost immediately. The developers take custom requests and are so friendly and accomodating. I have recommended this app to many other small business owners. Last but not least, the data syncs seamlessly with Shopify. 100% recommend this app and have no complaints

This a really good, simple app for managing consignment vendors in your shopify store. Don't expect too many advanced features, but for the price this is absolutely the best app you can get for managing your consignment commissions. We've been using it for a few months and it has paid for itself every month in sales and time saved. Our vendors have appreciated the portal as well.

Absolutely would recommend. I changed over, over a year ago and would never go back. As a B&M and online store that offers a very large variety of both consignment and wholesale options, I am VERY pleased with this app. I have also used, in the past, RESALE GLOBAL (ARAVENDA) and RICOCHET. I wasted, literally, thousands of dollars before I found this app. Not to mention.. the customer service has been SUPERB. They have addressed every inquiry I have, and fine tuned some things to meet our needs. Cost makes it manageable for a small business, it is user friendly, and my vendors like it as well. As a new business owner... I WISH I had found this first. If you want to gain from my trial an error.. I am very open to having a conversation about the pros and cons of this and the other apps I used. If I can help someone else from going through the headaches I did.. I definitely would. Vendor Consignment has helped me keep track and manage consignment inventory. It is a simple and straightforward app where I, the shop owner, and vendors can see their products, what has sold and their payouts. There are no bells and whistles. Some features, workflows and functionality could be improved. However, for what it has to offer, and for what I need to stay on top of inventory management, it meets 90% of my needs. Plus, there are no other consignment management apps that I have found that integrate with Shopify at this price point and with the ease of set-up. Also, support has been 100% responsive. I'm pretty happy. The 4 stars are because the UX could be improved in key areas. 5 stars for customer support. Thanks Jillian and dev team.

God send of an app at such a reasonable price compared to competitor apps. So glad I was recommended it and it does literally everything we need - best service too, always willing to help out in any areas and have added a couple of small additional features which I asked for which have been super helpful. CANNOT recommend this app enough - it's been amazing!

We are newer to implementing this app.... what I love the most about it is the support, the team and the improvements they have been making. They listen to your feedback and work to help make it the best it can be for your business. I highly recommend and can't wait to see it evolve. Update: Unfortunately we've had to discontinue our use of this app as it is constantly unreliable with vendor payouts, it is very glitchy for the vendors to use, and just was not something we could depend on. The team still do offer great customer service and in time this app does have potential.

We've been using the App for about 9 months. It meets our needs and I look forward to more features in the future. Support has been excellent. 10/16/2023 Update: Visceral has been great. We've been using Vendor Consignment for well over a year and it is working great. Support is excellent. I am updating my review because they just helped me out with a special request. They didn't have to, but they did. Support is awesome. We have complex needs, and Visceral works great for us. Thanks so much!!

Vendor Consignment is great and it is fitting our needs wonderfully. Its simple and clean. Customer service with Viceral Apps is better than i could have hoped for. Jillian and Chance have stayed focused on us as a business and have catered to our needs quite well. I look forward to seeing what other apps they are going to have to offer in the future.

Great looking app with a number of useful features. Support has been excellent, adding minor features or fixing issues as we run into them. It has room to grow but they have been more than willing to listen to ideas.

we looked into this app and its buggy as hell. test vendor creation went wrong, no login possible to vendor portal, invoice uneditable, blank screens and not loading, vendors cant edit their addresses, custom order creation not working...dont know what else to mention. and no: we didn´t contact support since an app should be intuitive and working from scratch. this one isnt...
We really appreciate your feedback. We do have many of customers that are not experiencing these issues. This could be related to data in your particular store and we would love to work with you and resolve this situation. As for the vendors being able to edit their addresses and other information are items on our current development roadmap and release schedule. We are continuously deploying enhancements and under the hood performance improvements. Again we thank you for your feedback and if you give us a chance to work directly with you we are confident you will love to use our app.

One of the few consignment apps that we could find but it's super glitchy, slow, and antiquated. PRO: We love that our vendors can see their stock and payouts. CONS: Clicking a link in the app often leads to a blank page and you can't back out. So you have to close and re-enter the app again. Support is really helpful if you can get in the app but for $25/month it would be better if it just worked correctly.

I will update this review after I actually start using the app with customers to give details on that aspect but I had to immediately write a review to say that the customer service has been off the charts! Who expects that an app will make custom changes for your specific needs for just one business- they did this for us! Chance responds within minutes for support and trouble shooting. It has been so helpful to someone who is very new to this platform and business. We highly recommend!

This app has made the process of tracking vendor sales and processing vendor payouts SOOOO much easier. It took some effort to get everything all set up the way we liked and some features we needed were missing, but the responsiveness of the development team to our requests has been exceptional! They've delivered every new feature we've asked for OR explained how we can already do it within the features already available EVERY SINGLE TIME. If you work on consignment with vendors and are using anything else to track those commissions, don't wait, install this app now. It'll save you so much time and effort!! This app is worth every penny of the monthly fee they charge!!!

I use this app for my consignment store and it is the only one in its kind. Works great. Love the new features added frequently. Keep up the good work.
