Berkowits is a renowned Hair care brand and we were earlier using a popular menu based chatbot tool. The problem was that a customer could choose from a set of options, causing drop offs. Replacing it with Verifast's AI sales agent was a game changer. Not only does the conversational approach of the AI closes orders by itself, but it also books appointments for our expensive in clinic treatments. We get leads from every 5th customer conversations, of which more than 50% get converted. Despite being affordable, their support is top notch. They happily incorporated feedback related to recommendations.
