Extremely disappointing experience. We removed the app and stopped using the service, yet we were still charged a subscription fee afterward without any notification or communication from the company. Charging merchants after they have stopped using and removed the app is unacceptable. This raises serious concerns about the transparency of their billing and subscription cancellation process.
