I use this plugin to generate Certificates of Authenticity for my artwork and it’s been fantastic. Customers value the assurance that their purchases are secure and feel they are acquiring something truly special. The Verisart team is friendly and always ready to answer any questions I have. Additionally, I attach a QR Code sticker so that anyone who encounters the art years from now can easily access information about the piece.

Overall a good service with friendly, helpful staff. The Shopify app is straight forward and easy to use; the main improvement they could make would be if a COA could be auto transferred to customers through the Shopify app after an order is complete on occasions where the COA was not created before order completion. Having to go to the Verisart website to create and manually transfer a COA to a new owner is a bit more of a slog. The website is unfortunately not as intuitive as the app and more prone to glitches.

For purchases made through offline payments, certificates do require manual creation and transfer. Verisart are true pioneers in the world of digital provenance, ownership and certification, working with some of the biggest artists in the field . The token gated integration with Shopify is beautifully designed and works seamlessly, providing a great value add for my collectors. Highly recommended.

Very helpful support team during the whole process of setting up different Verisart solutions. Customer support was great! Always friendly, very competent and fast answers. I can highly recommend the Verisart app for your shopify store. I especially like the tokengate feature, which works great!

Outstanding Certification Services for Artworks – Verisart Impresses Across the Board! Dear Verisart Team, I would like to express my sincere satisfaction and enthusiasm for your services. As a passionate artist creating both large-format photographs and digital artworks, I have found the perfect partner in Verisart for certifying my works. The ability to directly order unique QR stickers has significantly streamlined my workflow. These stickers are carefully applied to the back of my physical artworks, seamlessly connecting the physical piece with the aesthetically pleasing certificate stored on the blockchain. The feedback from my collectors speaks volumes – they appreciate the transparency and security that Verisart provides. I am particularly impressed that Verisart not only certifies digital artworks but also enables seamless integration into my collection interface. The combination of physical and digital certificates creates a cohesive presentation of my artworks. A small request on my part would be the implementation of a discount system through Tokengate for owners of my NFTs. Currently, while the NFT can be claimed for free via Tokengate, a discount for purchases in my shop would enhance the connection between digital and physical art experiences. An individual URL for certificates could further emphasize the exclusivity of my works. I would also like to highlight the personalized support provided by the Verisart team in a specially arranged conversation for me. I would highly recommend Verisart, both for the technology they've built, but also the customer support we've had throughout the entire process. They even responded to our last minute requests on a Sunday (TIP: Don't launch projects on Mondays!) and the feedback from our customers as been incredible.

My experience with the Support Chat was extremely disappointing. I attempted to set up their services, but the Support Chat remained unresponsive for weeks, leaving me unable to confidently proceed with the setup process or get timely answers to my questions. It left me questioning the purpose of the Support Chat. Furthermore, I encountered issues when minting my first test NFT, despite diligently following the provided steps, and was unable to claim it. This led me to anticipate that my potential customers may encounter similar problems and seek support from my store, while I was unable to obtain assistance from Verisart. As a result, I made the decision to uninstall the app and cancel my subscription, which I had been paying for several months."

We took 8 days to reply to your last message which we recognize was not acceptable and does not adhere to our commitment to replying within 48 hours. There have been some recent changes to our team which have now been addressed. Your messages didn’t mention the issues with the claim flow. This works smoothly for all our other customers and we’d very much like to understand what didn’t work for you. Should you wish to resubscribe again, we would like to offer 3 months for free as well as a free onboarding call as a means of apology and to ensure you have the best experience.

We are an art gallery who uses the Verisart app for all of our artists NFT drops. The team at Verisart provide incredible customer service, they provide end-to-end support for artists, galleries, and collectors. Using the app has been a seamless experience and is incredibly user friendly, even for those who are new to the NFT space. We have also been using the Verisart certification service for all of our physical and digital artworks for the past 7 years which has also been very useful. We highly recommend Verisart for any NFT project and certification services.

Game-changing application for artists, collectors and gallerists. The team at Verisart provide great support, advice and timely response to user experience feedback. ART LDGR [ www.artldgr.art ] launched in Aotearoa New Zealand in 2022 with the desire to offer artists here with an opportunity to gain a 5% resale royalty on the secondary market sale of artworks. With Verisart built into our point of sale system on Shopify we now have the ability to deploy blockchain smart contracts for our art sales and every artist we represent. We represent some of the biggest artists in our country and needed a system that would be reliable, sustainable and reputable. Verisart provided a secure and reputable system that is run and supported by reputable leadership. The more people who use this system, the safer and more reliable it will be as the leading international site for blockchain contemporary art sales. Thanks to this one app, we were easily able to use three parts of the Verisart system to automate our workflow and build a great tokengating experience for Johnny Depp's NFT collectors. Collectors have been really happy with their experience and how easy it's been to claim their physical print and receive proof of authenticity. We automated certification with the app so each print comes with a digitally signed blockchain certificate of authenticity linked to a holographic QR sticker. Lastly, our team and collectors can also quickly check the redemption status for specific NFTs via an API. We've enjoyed working with the Verisart team who have been very responsive and helpful. An huge thank you to Verisart and the team from the 'Never Fear Truth' community.

We spent tons of time researching for our NFT app needs and chose Verisart. We also use their COA (certificate of authenticity) feature included in the app. The research paid off it is running perfect and they include token-gating at no additional charge unlike some of the other options. Everything is running very well and they were so easy to work with. A+++

This is an app people trust. It not only enables us to issue COAs for physical works but also provides NFT minting for our artists. NFTs are an important way for us to engage with our audience. We used this app to include unique collector rewards on a 10,000 NFT project with the artist Alicja Kwade and look forward to more drops together.

We've been using Verisart for several years and love the additional level of trust it provides to our collectors. We like the certificate and email customization features which ensure that the designs fit with our store branding. The App makes it easy to automatically generate professional Certificates of Authenticity. We recommend Verisart as a premium add-on to other merchants.
