Bad. No suport . No any guidance. Haotic synk to a lot of products that I don't need. So. verry bad experiences. I gave up on this app.

Tato společnost mi zkazila jméno. Zboží chodí nekompletní nebo poškozené. Dodací doba k zákazníkovi je 14 -30 dní. Spousta zákazníků odstupuje od smlouvy. Nedoporučuji

Update vom 30.03.25: Support meldet sich seit Tagen nicht. Eventuell werden wir auch ignoriert. Nun lassen sich über unsere API auch keine Produkte mehr importieren. ----- Wir sind absolut sprachlos, aber nicht im positiven Sinn. Wer sein Geschäft schädigen möchte, kann diesen Anbieter gerne aufnehmen. Wir bekamen mehrere Bestellungen für verschiedenste Artikel. In unserem Shop war es möglich, dass Kunden diese Artikel kaufen konnten, weil der Lagerbestand für jeden Artikel ausreichend hoch war. Der Lagerbestand wird durch diese App via API Key an uns übermittelt und kann manuell nicht angepasst werden (Bsp.: auf 0 setzen), weil dieser durch diese App geblockt wird. Wird eine Bestellung mit diesen Artikeln getätigt, müssen wir diese Artikel über vidaxl.b2b kaufen. Tausende Artikel sind gar nicht verfügbar, entweder ist der Preis bei dem Artikel auf vidaxl.b2b auf "0" ??????? oder "ausverkauft". Es handelt sich um mehrere tausende Produkte, die als "verfügbar" an Händler über diese App übermittelt werden, aber gar nicht von den Händlern bestellt werden können. Das ist ein massives Problem für Händler und vorallem für die Kunden, da es zu vielen Bestellstornierungen kommen muss. Wir haben alles erdenkliche getan um den Kundenservice zu kontaktieren (Chat, Screenshots etc.) - absolut unterirdisch schlecht, vorallem bei so einem grossen Problem. Antworten kommen unregelmässig und nach unserem Empfinden eher als Hinhaltemethode, denn nach sehr ausführlichen Erklären der Situation erhielten wir 1 Tag später eine sehr kurze Nachricht, dass sie unsere Domain wissen möchten???? Was hat das mit dem Datenabgleich zwischen Woosa und Vidaxl zu tun? Telefonisch kann man sich mit niemanden austauschen.

Have been very happy with both the app and the support. Considering the cost is very low compared to other similar apps I think we get a lot of value. The questions we have had have been answered in a timely manner, and Woosa have been very helpful.

Kundensupport ist nicht gut. Man muss immer lange warten und veleleicht bekommt man auch keine Lösung. Kategorien Mapping ist ein großes Problem und neue Produkte immer wenn aktualisiert werden kann man nicht finden und auch in shop kann man nicht zeigen und verkaufen. Der Hesteller von dieser App soll diese alle Probleme korrigieren und danach diese App veröffentlichen. nicht empfehlenswert das ist viel stressig

Very bad app, the app keeps causing price changes for certain items. Support is difficult to reach, only a bot. Personal support should be available within 2 hours, after 4 hours still no feedback. When uploading products you can't set in advance which products in the category are uploaded, no, all products in that category are uploaded. This of course makes the shop confusing to edit.

Good day! The response time of our support desk replies within 2 hours on business days. You can easily get in touch with us via woosa.com/contact or within the app settings via the live chat bulb. Expecting personal support when paying only $29.00 a month is outrageous. You can contact us if you are interesting in VIP treatment, I will share our price for that. The app is made to update prices automatically. vidaXL changes their prices often, therefore your prices also change often. This is literally the purpose of the app. Kind regards, Jessica Woosa

HELLO. Do not resell the goods of this company, because the goods are of poor quality, defective. Returns are fine, but customers are unhappy with most items. I've had a lot of nerves with this company because of customer complaints.

If you're considering installing the app, don't. I've already imported 15,000 products, and most of them are out of stock. Some even show stock levels of more than 50. This isn't a new problem. I'll update my review once this issue is resolved. Be cautious and don't risk damaging your website.

Thank you for your review and contacting your support department. We discovered that vidaXL uploaded new products to their feed but waited until Wednesday to clear the stock. This is why you saw products without stock in your shop. Glad we could solve this and you have stock now in your shop.

DONT INSTAL!!! AND DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY VERY BAD! THEY DO NOT INSTALL VARIANTS WHILE VIDAXL PROVIDE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO DIFFERENTIATE AND THE PLUGIN DOESNT WORK

I don’t really enjoy this plugin, the products variant like sizes, colours etc are listed as single products, it’s so hard for customers to find the size or colours they prefer. Please developer look in to this, is very important. Thanks!

Hi Furnishmaxi, Unfortunately this is not solvable for the app itself. vidaXL simply doesn't have a recognizable structure in their product feeds, to recognize parent products and its variations. Many problems with this app and over the last 5 months and every time they rerspond to the ticket once and then not again. They never solve the actual problem. This time they ignored 400 duplicates created and we actually loose money on the orders - last app bug made us loose $210 on one order. Support has not replied since we asked refund.

Lodged a support request on Monday for a critical issue. Product images are being removed on live SKUs synced via this app. Friday no response. Not good enough, looking into other solutions.

I have spent incredible amount of time and also some money Guinea pig testing this beta app. It's a shame that we have to pay to be testing this clearly buggy and not working app as you can see from other reviews as well. The product import stops for no reason and it will create duplicate products if it is run again. Duplicate products with same SKU's also show different stock quantities so it would create a lot of problems if someone would rely on this app for selling. Also there is no documentation available.

The import works sporadically, not always from time to time. We need something that really always works. You lose track of things when you have to check individual articles whether they are imported or not. It has already been discussed with support. I'll be happy to come back to it if it works properly. But at the moment I have to save the 30EUR. I did another test today and clicked the following: Clothing accessories Lapel buttons And he imports 2 products for me that I wanted to import 2 weeks ago: vidaXL speaker stand column design 2 pcs. tempered glass black vidaXL table microphone stand black steel Category loudspeakers not all imported and then pictures are missing. The support always writes back. But overhauled the APP that it works 100%.
