Lodged a support request on Monday for a critical issue. Product images are being removed on live SKUs synced via this app. Friday no response. Not good enough, looking into other solutions.

Hi Bargain Avenue, Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied. VidaXL had an issue with the product images yesterday indeed. We load them from their CDN and therefore it didn't show in your store. Their customer support is not the best. Started transferring products, on 24/6, after 24 hours, only a very small percentage were transferred. I am writing to their support if this is normal. I am told that the transfer will take 24-48 hours. After 14 days, only a small fraction is transferred and it is basically only sold out items, despite the fact that I have set it to not transfer sold out items. I contact their support and get a quick response. they want access to my store so they can fix the error. I accept their request immediately. After 2 days, I get an email from them that I have not complied with their request and if I do not respond within 2 days, they will interpret it as that the issue is resolved. I reply to them immediately that I have accepted their request 2 days ago and can see that no one is logged in from Woosify, despite having access. Now 3 days have passed since my last email to them and still have not heard anything and no one has logged in to access my store. I am writing this review in hopes of resolving this issue. and this does not happen to others who use Woosify in the future. It's expensive to pay for their subscription if you can not use it anyway.

There only has been 1 email from your end received and you have received a reply on that within 2 hours, asking for access to your shop to investigate the issue. We have never received a reply on that, even after our system reminded you of that automatically after 2 days. Please send us a new email with your email address to [email protected]. Do not use this application, it is a waste of your nerves and time. Products are deleted after they are edited, all your work is wasted. Support does not respond to emails. By sending a Ticket, they ask you to access Wordpress, even though you write in it that you have a shop on Shopify. If you write directly to [email protected], they will not reply. I wrote 5 e-mails about the same subject, I hope she will kindly answer at least one ...

Hi DuoDecor.pl, Sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with our vidaXL Dropshipping app. There are a couple of reasons why products are suddenly deleted: - VidaXL removed it from their catalog - The product is out of stock (depending on your app settings) - You have deselected a category, in that case all products within that category will be deleted. Waste of time , there is no way to start 30 days trial , once you register they will take you to VidaXL site and they are asking 30Euros to Join and Start Dropshipping . There is no need for this plugin , you can directly start dropshipping with VidaXL , Misleading!

Hi Shoplane, Sorry that you feel like we're misleading you. We - Woosa - are the developers of the plugin. VidaXL is basically a seperate company who provides the dropshipping solution. Therefore we both charge a subscription fee, since we both have done an effort to make a solution available. However, it seems this is not clear from the beginning. DO NOT USE IT! Yesterday my ENTIRE product catalogue from VidaXL disappeared! 1000's of edited products, weeks and weeks of work wasted. I had ads running that were sending people to a product that had been deleted! Who pays for that wasted ad spend!? I had the same problem as the person who reviewed below too. 1000's of product prices changed to the B2B price. Zero useful instructions. I had to password protect the site, this, in turn, upset Google and I had my merchant account suspended.

Hi Kulani Home, This seems a very weird issue, which never happened before (only due to misconfiguration or use of our settings). Unfortunately does not work as hoped :-( the prices are overwritten with the B2B prices despite the settings - that's a disaster with 1,000 products! The price calculation settings are not logical and also not understandable. For me as a Shopify webshop provider, NO recommendation !! In the worst case, it causes enormous losses if you do not recognize quickly enough that the net prices are suddenly in the online shop.

Boa tarde tenho está aplicação há quase um ano, de algumas semanas para cá que os produtos novos estão a entrar sem stock, já enviei vários emails com exemplos, ninguém resolve, hoje desinstalei a app e voltei a instalar, agora nem sequer consigo aceder às configurações porque a mesma nem se mexe, como querem fazer resolvem a questão ou desinstalo o app de vez?

Hi French Valley, You can easily start your trial period via the app store of Shopify, since this is a Shopify app. Our website only offers WooCommerce plugins, which should be downloaded. You're talking about the API token of vidaXL. Therefor you should sign up for a vidaXL account via: dropshipping.vidaxl.com. Update: tried creating a ticket on your website linked on another review to get some info. Couldn't submit because I didn't provide Wordpress user/password. Don't have wordpress and really? you ask for user/password via online form...?

I have spent incredible amount of time and also some money Guinea pig testing this beta app. It's a shame that we have to pay to be testing this clearly buggy and not working app as you can see from other reviews as well. The product import stops for no reason and it will create duplicate products if it is run again. Duplicate products with same SKU's also show different stock quantities so it would create a lot of problems if someone would rely on this app for selling. Also there is no documentation available.

De app lijkt in eerste instantie goed te werken. Vervolgens blijkt de app allerlei fouten te hebben. / geen voorraad synch etc. Ruim 2 weken in contact met support, geen enkele hulp. Zeggen dat ze er elke keer op terug komen, vervolgens kom je van een koude kermis thuis. Ik kan de app dan ook zeker niet aanraden.

Hi sport-24.nl, Dank voor jouw review. Er zat inderdaad een issue in de voorraad synchronisatie vlak na livegang. Deze is inmiddels opgelost. Mocht je toch nog issues hiermee ervaren, zouden wij graag een ticket ontvangen via woosa.com/support. Enkel op die manier kunnen wij het voor je oplossen. Het is erg druk op support in deze vreemde tijden, maar we doen ons uiterste best iedereen binnen 1 werkdag van een antwoord te voorzien. Groetjes, Team Woosa

I can't even get the app started since the support doesn't answer and give me the API key - the first they sent did not work and the app did not work I had to download the app three times. Sad they can't get better software and support for this app.
