Gute App, die wir seit Jahren genutzt haben. Leider kam es in den letzten Monaten immer wieder zu Problemen. Ohne erkennbaren Grund wurde der E-Mail-Versand deaktiviert. Über den Support konnte er zwar wieder aktiviert werden, was jedoch dazu führte, dass plötzlich hunderte E-Mails auf einmal versendet wurden. In der Folge mussten wir sogar unseren Beitrag erhöhen, um in diesem Monat weiterhin Reviews erhalten zu können. Mittlerweile kommen nicht einmal Testmails an die eigene E-Mail-Adresse an. Ein System, das jahrelang funktioniert hat, läuft plötzlich nicht mehr, und der Support versucht, die Probleme mit der angeblichen Unwissenheit des Kunden zu erklären – als würde man den Spam-Ordner nicht kennen. Wer noch die Wahl hat, sollte besser einen anderen Anbieter wählen. Übrigens kommen natürlich auch die Export-Backups nicht an, was selbst einen Umzug erschwert. Support-Anfragen hierzu werden ebenfalls ignoriert.

I have been with HelpfulCrowd for several years now and I must say, they are fantastic! Their platform works seamlessly with Squarespace. When I moved over to Shopify, Yusuf helped me move all my reviews over to the Shopify platform. I was ecstatic about that because I thought I would lose all my reviews when I made the transition. HelpfulCrowd is so good, that I have rarely had to contact them. On the few occasions I have, I was able to use their Chat feature and got a response within seconds. Typically, I deal with Yusuf and he's always patient and has always resolved my issue. If you are looking for a review and Q&A platform, I highly recommend them! I wish they had a loyalty platform as well.

Our experience with Helpful Crowd Product Reviews has been excellent. The system does exactly what it needs to do and that is gather and display reviews. However, the best part of working with them is their support. It is absolutely superior. They are quick to respond and either give me the advice I need or just take care of the matter themselves. I highly recommend this app.
