Gute App, die wir seit Jahren genutzt haben. Leider kam es in den letzten Monaten immer wieder zu Problemen. Ohne erkennbaren Grund wurde der E-Mail-Versand deaktiviert. Über den Support konnte er zwar wieder aktiviert werden, was jedoch dazu führte, dass plötzlich hunderte E-Mails auf einmal versendet wurden. In der Folge mussten wir sogar unseren Beitrag erhöhen, um in diesem Monat weiterhin Reviews erhalten zu können. Mittlerweile kommen nicht einmal Testmails an die eigene E-Mail-Adresse an. Ein System, das jahrelang funktioniert hat, läuft plötzlich nicht mehr, und der Support versucht, die Probleme mit der angeblichen Unwissenheit des Kunden zu erklären – als würde man den Spam-Ordner nicht kennen. Wer noch die Wahl hat, sollte besser einen anderen Anbieter wählen. Übrigens kommen natürlich auch die Export-Backups nicht an, was selbst einen Umzug erschwert. Support-Anfragen hierzu werden ebenfalls ignoriert.
Hello there. Our pride ourselves on our email delivery rates which are the highest in the review space. We investigated this issue internally, and concluded that your issue with test emails appears to be likely to be with the spam engine at your email provider or with your email program. Whilst we attempted to resolve this issue with you, it was difficult to establish the exact cause as we were unable to send test emails to an alternative email address on your side. We're sorry that we were not able to help you resolve this issue in this instance.
Awful app and bad service.
Wow! We feel this is a bit harsh Watch Plaza. We have checked out customer care chats and can find no contact from your side since October 2024. Given the above, this has negative review has caught us by surprise nd it is difficult for us to provide any service if you haven't reached out to us.
