Helpful Product Reviews App

I've been using HelpfulCrowd for about a year now for my website, beyondbohemian.com and I've been really impressed with this app, especially the support that I've gotten from the team there. I've used other review apps before, including some of the other biggest names, but I really like this one the best because of the level of customization and control I have over it. Sure, you might find others that are a little lower cost, but they are often lacking in essential features, especially if you're trying to run a serious business. The increase in conversions and the way I can control the way reviews display make the higher-tier plans very easy to rationalize. I love how, any time I have a question, they are super fast to respond and walk me through everything step by step. They've even offered to do things in my Shopify store on my behalf, where I don't have to touch anything at all. I just tell them what I want, and they're happy to work with code or whatever it is I may need. This is definitely one of the few essential apps that I'll keep in my Shopify stack long-term.

Migrating my reviews from another e-commerce platform was so easy! Great support when I had questions. Yusuf even set up a video meeting to fix a problem I had with the stars appearing in the wrong place. He went over and beyond and I can’t thank him enough for his skills, patience and professionalism.

I had difficulty with someone spamming my reviews. The support for this app helped me fix that and a bug where I could not respond it questions so I am very happy with the help I received. I have been using this review service for a while and I love that my customers can post photos it’s really fun seeing them using the product. I like the ability to answer reviews and questions and engage with customers.

Gute App, die wir seit Jahren genutzt haben. Leider kam es in den letzten Monaten immer wieder zu Problemen. Ohne erkennbaren Grund wurde der E-Mail-Versand deaktiviert. Über den Support konnte er zwar wieder aktiviert werden, was jedoch dazu führte, dass plötzlich hunderte E-Mails auf einmal versendet wurden. In der Folge mussten wir sogar unseren Beitrag erhöhen, um in diesem Monat weiterhin Reviews erhalten zu können. Mittlerweile kommen nicht einmal Testmails an die eigene E-Mail-Adresse an. Ein System, das jahrelang funktioniert hat, läuft plötzlich nicht mehr, und der Support versucht, die Probleme mit der angeblichen Unwissenheit des Kunden zu erklären – als würde man den Spam-Ordner nicht kennen. Wer noch die Wahl hat, sollte besser einen anderen Anbieter wählen. Übrigens kommen natürlich auch die Export-Backups nicht an, was selbst einen Umzug erschwert. Support-Anfragen hierzu werden ebenfalls ignoriert.

I have been with HelpfulCrowd for several years now and I must say, they are fantastic! Their platform works seamlessly with Squarespace. When I moved over to Shopify, Yusuf helped me move all my reviews over to the Shopify platform. I was ecstatic about that because I thought I would lose all my reviews when I made the transition. HelpfulCrowd is so good, that I have rarely had to contact them. On the few occasions I have, I was able to use their Chat feature and got a response within seconds. Typically, I deal with Yusuf and he's always patient and has always resolved my issue. If you are looking for a review and Q&A platform, I highly recommend them! I wish they had a loyalty platform as well.

Our experience with Helpful Crowd Product Reviews has been excellent. The system does exactly what it needs to do and that is gather and display reviews. However, the best part of working with them is their support. It is absolutely superior. They are quick to respond and either give me the advice I need or just take care of the matter themselves. I highly recommend this app.
