Happy so far - Installed some other app before this one, but none of these actually worked in my shop. This one did and it works quite well!

Disappointed that product groups have been removed from the free option, I had been using this app for years but will be finding a replacement.
Hey there My Planties, sorry to hear this. As we release new features, we need to sometimes review and change our plan offerings, the last change being implemented 6 months back. The Product grouping feature is available on our $10 a month plan, which we believe offers incredible value, especially when you compare it to other apps and offerings in the market place. I've been using Helpful Crowd for a few years now and the staff have always been super friendly, helpful and I always get an immediate response should I need assistance. I recently migrated my store to Shopify and the team made the migration of my reviews a piece of cake. Thank you all!!

After much searching we have settled on Helpful Product Reviews by HelpfulCrowd as our review engine on peachandpineapple.co.uk. The app looks good on the page and works well. There is a manual step where you have to embed some code yourself if you want to show the review for each product on the collection page, which had I put in the wrong place, but after contacting support Yusuf quickly resolved the issue and also added the correct widget to the product page for me as I had chosen the wrong one. So far, so brilliant. Thanks HelpfulCrowd. 5 stars!

Amazing app. Once set up properly it does all the leg work for you with review collection etc. very easy to use too. Yusuf dealt with an issue I had and fixed it within half an hour. 10/10 www.thorsupplements.co.uk

We have tried several review apps to meet our specific needs, and THIS IS THE ONE. The support team has been incredible. They even edited our code to ensure the display was just how we wanted since we have a MOODRING theme. Highly recommend!

We utilized this app in our previous online sales platform and were concerned we'd lose all reviews when making the transition to Shopify. Yusuf at HelpfulCrowd was very accommodating when assisting us with the transition and worked very quickly. The single page for reviews is looking great and has better load times than competitors. I'd prefer a review tool that doesn't require the data to be loaded from external servers, but Shopify doesn't want this built in to its system. Even with the difficulties of having the data stored off Shopify's servers, it still looks beautiful (among the best of all review tools available) and the subscription options are best for my website's uses.

Anna she was so helpful with my new platform she synced my reviews from an older platform I had and she and the team helped me out and all is well very nice customer service thank you so much. This app gave (and is still giving) me so much trouble. I spent an entire weekend working 16 hours a day putting my placeit models back onto my store because Shopify discovered it was a bug in this app removing them. Now, I have tried to remove it, and it is still holding on to some code and won't come off of my site. I have tried to contact the developer, and I have gotten no response. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP to your store.
Hi Sassy T's, please be assured that take these kind of technical issues really seriously, and we've escalated this internally at Shopify to get to the bottom of it. We're sorry that we didn't get an opportunity to help remedy this with either you or Shopify support directly. Separately, we have reached out to Shopify support and requested that they provide the evidence and logs that show that our app caused these issues as you have indicated in your review. Just so you're aware, we've have never had any other '000's of stores report any issues such, or similar to this, as our app only has READ ONLY access for inventory and order details, not UPDATE access. At this point, we believe that any issue is highly likely to be coincidental to other activity (or another app) on your store setup around the same time, one that has write access to inventory items. I believe that the care team has also helped remove the remaining widget that needed to be inserted manually into your theme that is NOT currently an automated supported feature with the v2.0 themes. We'll update the reply here when have more information from the Shopify technical team.
