Hey there Silver Falls, Thanks for the feedback and we are so sorry that we weren't able to address your issues in real time. We always try to provide real-time support, but it might take us a little longer due to other client requests, as is the case yesterday ;-( We've listened and Yusuf in our care team is reaching out to you directly to get to the bottom of the plan upgrade. In regard to the Safari issue, we've also recently just launched our embedded app and have found a snag in it when using Safari, as Apple has locked down on all cookies. For that reason, we are temporally recommending other browsers until the team can release a fix. The browser is not related to the access to the slider though, that is a plan restriction issue that Yusuf will address with the developers. We apologise for the inconvenience and hope to have all it all straightened out in the near future. We appreciate the continued support and hope to get all these above snags sorted out for you in quick order and get you back to being an advocate.
