I had an issue bringing my reviews from an ecwid store to my new shopify store and Yusif was SO helpful and took care of everything! Hands down, best customer service :) A must have app. Thanks again!!!!

This app is the best so far of all the reviews app! I'm using it to show reviews from my customers on my website www.drivestylestore.com I had a problem by configuring the Review Slider on my store so I asked help to the support. And Yusuf from the customer service helped me a lot, I gave him permission on my store to do it! Now it looks really nice! Yusuf did it in a few minutes, it was really fast, he also changed the color of the widgets which is really cool! Thank you so much again for your kind support! I recommend this app for the features and his awesome customer service!

This app is absolutely amazing, they basically have everything you can possibly need for customers to review your products and even more, but what impressed me the most was the help of the support staff and Yusuf was phenomenal. He set up my review widgets on my site at covetedcoiffure.com and it looks absolutely amazing. You can not go wrong with them, I think their reviews speak for themselves all 5 stars! Amazing job guys. Anna also helped tremendously, they are super responsive and always friendly.

We use this app to provide customers a way to review our bicycles, as we are not a main-stream brand, customer reviews are very important in lending credibility to our product, and helping new customers decide to buy one of our bikes. We also like the Q&A function, as sometimes the customers have technical questions, and its great if other customers can see the responses too. So far the app has been great, its easy to integrate the reviews across similar products with different set ups, so that customers all the reviews for a given product, regardless what specification it has. We just integrated the badge in our footer, so show how many over all reviews we have. Yusuf was very helpful in integrating this for us, and didn't mind making small adjustments to get it looking better. He also helped install the review widget on the product pages. Thanks very much for the help and good service.

Customer Service is EXCEPTIONAL!! I just downloaded this thing and they helped me iron out the kinks at 7pm on a Sunday evening!! No wonder they average 5star reviews..

Easily the best in the world of review apps. All the features you would need for an optimal experience. It also helps that they are an independent review collection platform, which helps our customers trust us and our reviews more. Customer support is more than amazing, i admire their patience with my requests. Anna was super helpful

I have found this app to be very user friendly with setting up emails and getting reviews from customers. The customer service has been great with any questions I've had and respond very quickly. It's great having an easy review process set up on my store now. Thank you, Diamond Painting Hut

One of the best free review app available. With so many features and widgets available which other apps dont have even paid version but they have it for free. There customer service is phenomenal, best customer support ive seen so far specially yusuf, he listened to my continious request about setting up my store to my liking, he went beyond to help me out. Thank you yusuf, and you helpful crowd. You guys are the best My store instashapr.com looks much more proffesional now.

Great app. Easy to setup with lots of customization. I was looking for a review app with an easy photo upload. Photos of customers on my product pages drive sales.
