I had an issue with the review app on my website, I contacted Helpful and within couple of hours my issue was resolved. Yusuf was very helpful not only did he fix my issue he recommended another option for me. Highly recommend.

Excellent Customer Service!!! Yusuf and Anna were amazing!!! Got everything up and running for me in less than 10 minutes. Great app! Does everything I need plus some things I didn't realize would be a big benefit. Any ecommerce site concerned with repeat business would benefit from this app.

We've been with helpful crowd reviews app for 4 years now. The customer service is awesome! Yusuf helped us with the migration from WIX to Shopify and we were able to preserve all our reviews. He's always quick to respond and is very knowledgeable about their app. The app has all the features you could ask for and is super easy to use. We like their clean design and user-friendly layout. They added more features this year which includes a review slider on the homepage. We've continued with their basic plan and it has everything we need for way cheaper than other review apps. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere, go with Helpful Crowd!

5 Stars for this app - but 6 stars for the customer service provided by staff member Yusuf. We have been using Helpfulcrowd for 3 years now and love it. We made the move from ECWID to Shopify and the support team (Yusuf) was extremely helpful with the process. Downloading this app and having it on our platform not only boosts sales, but helps mitigate customer questions and helps saves time. I would HIGHLY recommend this as a customer review app.

UPDATE: I know that for all business owners it is very important to have an updated review info for an APP that we use. So I would like to give my 5 stars update info on this APP because for more than a year I have never had any issues. Yusuf and Anna are always there to help me enable another feature that comes up. And my conversion rate has risen a lot due to customers leaving reviews and photos. So, do not hesitate to download and trust it. I use this app on three of my store www.maxifashion.bg www.maxifashion.gr and www.cocheti.ro and everything so far if absolutely stunning. I had a great support when needed and they even added Bulgarian language to my Bulgarian store. 5 stars to HelpfulCrowd are minimum of what they deserve.

The helpfulcrowd team are always quickly available for support, via live chat & email, making it so easy to use. I moved my website from a different ecom provider and Yusuf was so helpful - moving all my product reviews over for me. When you don't understand how to do something, he'll just do it for you! Also before I even decided to use helpfulcrowd on the new site, Anna provided all my old reviews as a download to make sure I wouldn't lose anything when closing my old store. I was on the free plan on my old store but will probably keep using helpfulcrowd and upgrade because their service has been good.

I can not recommend an App more highly than Helpful Product Reviews. They have surpassed all expectations, always provided an exceptional ROI, and have immediately been there for excellent customer support. Stop looking at other cheaper review platforms. They are not Free, but they are the best. We have even transitioned between different host platforms 3 times and never lost a product review. It totally meets my needs as a start-up business. Value for the pricing is also greatly structured. But more importantly the customer service is way beyond than any other app services I worked with. You can rely on that for anything comes up after installing and setting up the app.
