Helpful Product Reviews App

This app has helped to accelerate my business growth more than anything else I have done. It is super easy to customise and encourage customers to leave reviews - we have gained over 2500 reviews at the time of writing this review. Each and every time I have needed help with anything at all the team have been extremely responsive especially Yusuf who goes above and beyond and recently helped me through a tricky situation when transferring to Shopify. I used this app to help with customers to be able to leave honest reviews. Yusuf was very helpful as a team member with customer service and helping fix something we were having trouble viewing in a very timely manner :) Best, Ian K

I've reached out to customer service several times. Each time, Yusaf is always extremely helpful AND also super fast!! Like I don't even know how he sees my emails so fast! Very happy with this app!

I have been using Helpfulcrowd on another platform for some time. It helps us to get more sales. When I transferred the site to Shopify, I have problem to get Helpfulcrowd setup. Luckily, the support team from Helpfulcrowd helps me to setup all the things, including transferring the data from old platform to Shopify and the widgets on Shopify. Very great help from Yusuf , the CS Agent . Thank you so much! Love this Apps and it has free plan with a lot if functions more than enough for us to use. Even a paid plan is worth the money. Keep up the good work team!

I am very happy to be using Helpful Reviews! The customer service is always wonderful. Anna in particular was very helpful with answering my questions and helping me integrate this app into my Shopify store. The overall reviews layout and widgets are very effective and easy to use.

Great app! Easy to use and the service is very friendly and professional. I migrated my store from another platform to shopify and Yusuf helped me out many times when in need of advice or assistance. He really knows what he is doing and is always ready to help. Highly recommended!

I have been a very happy user of this app for over six months. I recently changed my Shopify theme to ecom Turbo and to my horror, the app was no longer showing on the product pages. Yusuf responded quickly to my call for help and very quickly added the app to my new theme. I am now offering anew colour choice to my identical Golf Cart Bags and Yusuf went beyond the call of duty and linked the reviews to this variant for me after I expressed some hesitancy in doing the task. This saved me considerable time and allowed me to get on with running the business. A thousand thanks Yusuf.

I have not used the app yet...Just set it up. I wanted to review Yusuf and Anna for their excellent help over the past couple weeks as I worked on this. (It doesn't take that long to set up..Ii was just doing it intermittantly around 100 other things!) They respond very quickly...even after hours. The chat houses in email as well, so you have a record and can respond in chat or email, which is nice. I'm sure the documentation has the answers to the questions I asked, but I hat wading through docs, so thanks to them for answering all my questions. The app setup is actually easy...navigating the multiple screens takes a little getting used to, but I'm sure it will become second nature in a bit. It's good to have all the info available. I've had a chat experience with another shopify app and it was really horrible...this one is excellent.

Fantastic and functioning app. On top of that, they provide both Reviews and Q&A in the free version which many apps don't. Support is also great. Yusuf helped me to display my products reviews on the main page and uploaded my imported reviews from Wix, it was all perfectly well done and in a timely manner! Thank you. Highly recommended!

Recently we moved from Ecwid to Shopify. Collecting reviews in Ecwid was done using the Helpfulcrowd App, so we asked Helpfulcrowd if they could help us move all reviews to Shopify. And they did a great job. Thank you Yusuf for your help and quick responds to all my questions. Thumbs up!

I've been using this app a while now and have found it a great asset. I've had lots of reviews for the product I've sold in my store. It's easy to use and looks very professional. Support is great too, thank Yusaf for helping me sort out an alignment issue I had today. I would definitely recommend the Helpful crowd app
