I use HelpfulCrowd for customer reviews and since the upgrade, for some reason my reviews had disappeared from my website. But, this kind man Yusuf really helped me out and was so patient with me! Great customer service is huge for me and Yusuf was a perfect example of simplicity with A+ service. He knew exactly what I needed! Thank you so much Yusuf.

It totally meets my needs as a start-up business. Value for the pricing is also greatly structured. But more importantly the customer service is way beyond than any other app services I worked with. You can rely on that for anything comes up after installing and setting up the app.

Très intéressant, détecte automatiquement le thème du de la boutique et s'intègre quasi automatiquement. J'ai fait appel au support pour bien configurer, j'ai très apprécié leur réactivité yusuf et surtout sa disponibilité. ça marche super bien, Je recommande.

After struggling to get help for a week from another app, I started looking and came across Helpful Product Reviews App and within minutes, I had live chat help from Yusuf, and am already collecting reviews. And it's a SUNDAY! I'll come back as we use this longer but so far, the fact that I got help installing the widget on Shopify so quickly, and already saw a very easy to use Dashboard, all I can say is I'm very impressed. THANK YOU ! SECOND REVIEW: ANOTHER FIVE STARS IN 2023. It is so rare to get on a chat and have your problem fixed so quickly. I don't know what I would do without Yusef and this app. It's the service that means everything and you get immediate assistance most of the time and if not immediate, almost immediate. I can't say enough about this app. It's also very easy to use as I am not "gifted" in technology lol but I can manage it and anything I get confused about, help is there.

This app has helped to accelerate my business growth more than anything else I have done. It is super easy to customise and encourage customers to leave reviews - we have gained over 2500 reviews at the time of writing this review. I rarely leave reviews, but this one deserves it! I have been using the application for 1 year already, 3 stores are connected, it is really very convenient, excellent interface, super technical support! I have been using Helpfulcrowd on another platform for some time. It helps us to get more sales. When I transferred the site to Shopify, I have problem to get Helpfulcrowd setup. Luckily, the support team from Helpfulcrowd helps me to setup all the things, including transferring the data from old platform to Shopify and the widgets on Shopify. Very great help from Yusuf , the CS Agent . Thank you so much! Love this Apps and it has free plan with a lot if functions more than enough for us to use. Even a paid plan is worth the money. Keep up the good work team!

Great app! Easy to use and the service is very friendly and professional. I migrated my store from another platform to shopify and Yusuf helped me out many times when in need of advice or assistance. He really knows what he is doing and is always ready to help. Highly recommended!

I have been a very happy user of this app for over six months. I recently changed my Shopify theme to ecom Turbo and to my horror, the app was no longer showing on the product pages. Yusuf responded quickly to my call for help and very quickly added the app to my new theme. I am now offering anew colour choice to my identical Golf Cart Bags and Yusuf went beyond the call of duty and linked the reviews to this variant for me after I expressed some hesitancy in doing the task. This saved me considerable time and allowed me to get on with running the business. A thousand thanks Yusuf.
