Helpfulcrowd review app provides all tools needed to encourage buyers to review your products. I have been using the app for 60 days. The folks at Helpfulcrowd offer great support and they have taken care of all my questions very quickly. Great app!

Great app. Easy to setup with lots of customization. I was looking for a review app with an easy photo upload. Photos of customers on my product pages drive sales. WOW!! This app and even more this team is something else.... The app offers more features than the earlier app I had (now on free plan) and you can change so many settings to your personal wishes. But I want to highlight YUSUF (and team) for their endless and always kind help with my 1000 wishes/questions from stupid to even more stupid ;-). Response time within a minute, day and night it seems. Totally out of the ordinary. I had many detailed customisation wishes that were implemented in seconds. They imported my older reviews, made my translation app work for their app etc etc etc. And their english is outstanding. It's been a pleasure. If I could rate them 10 stars I would without a doubt. This APP is AWESOME. Best review APP so far with reasonable price. Well deserves the 5 stars. The support is incredible. Yusuf got me set up in no time. Reached out to me seconds after the APP has been installed. One can't ask for more than that considering review setup is quite a task which can easily go wrong. Extremely responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. 10/10. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Helpful Crowd is the best Shopify review app available. You can check out the app installed on my store at bushcrafts.com I have had several Shopify stores over the years I've tried all the top review apps. Compared them HC is by far the most affordable and it includes ALL the important features that the others don't. You get written reviews, photo reviews, video reviews, and a Q/A section all in one app. There are even more options available. You will have the option to publish responses to customer questions and reviews on your website. Customers can leave full reviews right through their email, including videos and photos. You can send out post-sale review requests by email and there are options to send them automatically or manually. The only thing you cannot do is edit the customer reviews, however, you do have the option to not publish specific reviews (or questions). When I installed the app it was not compatible with my theme. I contacted support through their chat (at 4 AM) and it was fully installed within a couple of hours. Furthermore, Support migrated my existing reviews from my old non-Shopify webstore along with some reviews on other sales channels FOR FREE!! Yusuf was such a great help and I'm amazed at how he went well above and beyond what I expected especially since I was still on the FREE plan!! I recommend using the chat if you need support.

By far the best review app for the $$ I have yet to find. I have already collected multiple reviews in a short period of time. Where other review systems only get 1 or 2 every few months.

We installed this app and were so suprised how quickly we began to gather reviews. Install was easy and we were alble to invite past customers to leave product reviews right away which they did! We have tried other reviews apps (including some VERY expensive ones) and did not get the same results. Also the customer service is excellent. We had a small problem with our store (not the app) and this was sorted almost instantly! We would be happy to reccomend to anyone and will be using this app from now on! Thank you!

This Reviews App is really a 5 stars app. There is everything we need and so much customization. Also, they have a Help Section with everything explicated with videos and screenshots. And the support team is excellent.
