Great app, does everything it's supposed to do, offers more features in free version than competition and customer service is just amazing, Yusuf is there to help most of the time, it's almost unbelievable.

I have installed this app and am amazed by the versatility and sales potential of leveraging the reviews. I have been in touch with the service chat person on line and they were awesome - technically able and super helpful. Thank you very much for your help in my https://cowboybootsportugal.pt store Your App has everything, it imports customer reviews from other platforms like facebook to the store, it allows product reviews and sharing those reviews on google and it also allows sending emails to collect reviews from customers. Yusuf's support is spectacular, it responds quickly and always has solutions to certain problems. Helped implement product and store reviews. It also helped to import the reviews from my facebook clients so that it would appear in the shopify store. STILL UP ALL FOR FREE! Thank you very much

I have been using this app for a while to collect reviews. I moved my site from ecwid to shopify and I was ecstatic to find them here. Yusuf was fast and helpful in helping me cancel my ecwid subscription. The one thing that is constant with these guys is the exceptional and prompt customer service. If you're looking for a review APP, try them. You wont be disappointed.

We just migrated from Wix to Shopify and have been using Helpful Crowd for about two years. This team is amazing. Yusuf has always been so helpful. We had a whole new website designed so we had A LOT on our plate when it came to user friendliness and the look of the website. Yusuf, was able to transfer our reviews from our old website and helped us with the SKU's, he was able to help us add reviews in the recommended carrousel, our featured product of the month, and made it look super clean on both mobile and desktop version. Such a great help. The platform is so convenient to use and quite easy to navigate around. If there is an error, you can easily contact their supports who is always there. I would like to give a special mention to Yusuf for doing a great job installing the widgets and assisting me with my problems.

Of all the apps I have added to enhance my Shopify website, this one has proven to be the most useful. The customer service is consistently very prompt and has ALWAYS resolved any issue I might be having. Yusuf helped me today, but every person I have dealt with provides the same high level of service! I have to manually import reviews from Etsy (my other shop), as Etsy "owns" any content on their platform. It takes some work, but this has worked great to build my Shopify website presence. I would HIGHLY recommend HelpfulCrowd. Thank you!

I had a problem of adding reviews on collection pages, Yusuf hepled figure out my problem and some extra requests immediately. It really saved me a lot of time instead of switching to another new app.
