Absolutely the BEST. The staff from HelfulCrowd Yusuf reached out to us first with the problem we were having and solved it quickly with perfection. He was really friendly too. Also the emails they send out to the customers are very easy to follow and only buy couple clicks the customers can write the review without visiting the website again. BEST BEST BEST.

I am really pleased with this app. Very easy to install and awesome customer support. Specifically, had a great conversation with Yusuf today regarding an issue and he was very friendly and quick! The app itself is very nice and has lots of cool features to showcase the customer reviews with photos/videos..

The app is great and the customer service is stellar! I have never had a question or request that they don't address promptly with amazing results! We have been using HelpfulCrowd's review app on our current store, www.shopify.net, and wouldn't consider any other review app for our new store soon to be launched, www.prebiotinprebiotics.myshopify.com.

Yusuf went over and above helping me to get everything set up and even helped getting another detail in my store to look good on product pages. I highly recommend this app just for the ease of service with a chat feature! I immediately began receiving reviews!

If you are looking for a great review App on Shopify, Helpfulcrowd is one of the best apps out there. The App is very easy to install. You can easily upload your customer's review in one click. it also allows customers for Q&A. They always online to assist you and their Customer service is great, especially Yusuf. I recommend this App to anyone.

We sell pure maple syrup from Canada (the best) and Helpfulcrowd helped us get some amazing reviews. We are definitely selling more Pure maple syrup with them on board, I highly recommend.

This app is awesome and their customer support is second to none..I am a free plan member but the support I get is absolutely mind-boggling...instant reply...instant solution...can't find a single flaw. Very impressed with this review app. Unlike other apps, both videos & photos are included on the basic plan. Plus, their support team is amazing. Yusuf, in particular replied to my questions after a couple of minutes and managed to move the location of the review widget, install the rating widget and help me sort out the colouring of the widget. Really impressed with your quick response time and amazing work!

Happy so far! I recently created our new Shopify store, https://fatflower.com and was have customers ask how to leave their positive reviews so I searched the Shopify app store and found the HelpfulCrowd app. After downloading it, Yusuf contacted me through chat to assist in getting the widget set up for my theme (wasn't automatic because my theme is customized). It took under a minute for him to have me set up and ready to go. Great customer service and I assume the app will be just as impressive as we start to use it--just from browsing the settings, I can see this is more than a review app. Really looking forward to exploring all of the marketing tools that integrate with it!
