This is not another app without support- VideoWise actually cares to improve conversion and site engagement and act as a true partner to Skullcandy. The VideoWise app and thier products have the right level of customization and content types to easily match our storefront video content needs. We rarely need dev support and when we do its a 5 minute update, not days of work with new page templates:) The admin is easy to use, we will continue improving our site with VideoWise!

We've had a great experience with Videowise, its let us utilize video way more on our site than we ever have in the past. Our fear was that video would slow down our site speed, but we haven't seen any issues now that we are hosting videos on the Videowise platform. We've also found some new wins with our shopable vidoes on the PDP - overall the app has been great for Legends, and we will continue to test it in new ways.

I love this app for my small shoe store. It's so easy to add small vids of the shoes being worn & extra info to the product pages for customers that are more visual & don't read product descriptions ;). The support is fabulous and very approachable.

We recently switched to Videowise from another shoppable video platform, and the difference has been truly immense. From the start, we found the interface incredibly easy to use, allowing us to get up and running without a steep learning curve. The level of customization available is a standout feature for us. We love having the ability to tailor the look and feel to match our brand perfectly, and the wide variety of widgets makes it easy to find the right fit for every page. The ability to seamlessly stream on multiple platforms has also significantly streamlined our workflow. While we’ve only just "dipped our toes in" so far, we are already impressed and excited to dive deeper into their full array of advanced offerings. A special shoutout to our representative, Johanna—she has been exceptionally helpful and is always incredibly quick to respond whenever we have questions. So easy to use! Videowise is user-friendly and couldn't be more simple to understand. Adding UGC video has been extremely helpful for our customers and it takes no time at all to upload and tag it. If I ever do have a question, Carlos is there whenever I need him. Couldn't ask for a better program or customer service rep!

Fantastico! App bom demais! O app é muito facil de usar, tem muitas funcionalidades, é muito pratico de subir videos, trazer os videos das redes sociais, realmente incrivel a experiencia. Mas realmente preciso dar destaque para o atendimento: (destaque para o consultor Carlos) Suporte sem igual! Oferece um atendimento que acolhe, fazendo o cliente estar muito bem amparado para qualquer situação que precisar. Foi necessário traduzir algumas coisas no app devido a nossa loja ser no Brasil e eles ofereceram todo suporte, modificaram exatamente como precisamos. O Carlos nos acompanhou nas lives, deu sugestões, colocou a mão na massa e implantou e configurou o app, sem precisarmos nos preocupar. Enfim, sem palavras. Excelente!
