Videowise has been the PERFECT tool for hosting videos on our site. The widgets look great on the page, the UI is simple to use and there is no doubt it has enhanced our customer's shopping experience. Special thanks to Katarina and her team for the implementation and ongoing support. So far, no tasks have been too challenging or too trivial for them to solve. Our challenge was to bring shoppable UGC videos onto our product pages, that were easy to engage with and looked elegant on the page but without slowing down the site speed. The onboarding has been brilliant, and the whole process of working with Eugen has been really positive. Having a dedicated CS rep makes it so much easier, I wouldn't like to take on this project alone. I look forward to continuing to build out our library and testing video placements. I'm excited about what we can do with the tech.
