Videowise has been the PERFECT tool for hosting videos on our site. The widgets look great on the page, the UI is simple to use and there is no doubt it has enhanced our customer's shopping experience. Special thanks to Katarina and her team for the implementation and ongoing support. So far, no tasks have been too challenging or too trivial for them to solve. Our challenge was to bring shoppable UGC videos onto our product pages, that were easy to engage with and looked elegant on the page but without slowing down the site speed. For me, Videowise is the only solution for that. Lots more functionality for us to explore and some great new updates too. Could not be happier!

Been using the Videowise now for just over a month and already seeing a much faster page load speed on website. Katarina at customer support was great in helping me build out different video templates and putting live on website and was quick to reply if any issues came up.

After learning of videowise and doing the necessary research, I decided we've got to give it a go. Customers discover us from the videos used in Facebook ads, so it makes sense to use them and other UGC to showcase products on our website. Other reviewers confirming it didn't slow the site gave comfort it could solve the issue that prevented Shopify stores from using a lot of video. Videowise's shoppable functionality was the kicker that got me over the line. We've only been using Videowise for a few days. It's showing signs of being a great addition. Knowing the tech works effectively and the UX is great makes me think there's an opportunity for early adopters. It will be interesting to see how it affects CRO; that's the priority. The dashboard does an excellent job of helping you to assess performance. They've made a considerable effort to provide helpful analytics so you know your numbers. The onboarding has been brilliant, and the whole process of working with Eugen has been really positive. Having a dedicated CS rep makes it so much easier, I wouldn't like to take on this project alone. I look forward to continuing to build out our library and testing video placements. I'm excited about what we can do with the tech.

We've recently started using the app and the results have been nothing less than impressive. One month in and our ROI is already an 18x. Customers who engage with the app on our site are converting at 10% which is amazing! Strongly recommend you give this app a go. The team is really helpful and quite responsive. Anastasia was very reliable and ensured we got setup in the shortest time possible.
