Great tool! Not the most affordable video app but can't find the same features on other similar apps. Plus, it is very easy to use. Can't way to see new features in the future! Leonardo for the tech support is very knowledgeable and helpful.

The app is great ! It was a really good addition to our website since Shopify is sometimes quite limited when it comes to displaying videos. Stela introduced us to the app and then we have been working with Leonardo who has given us all the support and has worked very quickly to make sure we understood the system . The platform is very easy to use and it synched very easily to our product catalogue .

Very user-friendly back-office, which is rare enough to be worth mentioning. The team was very responsive, and Eugen was very helpful during a presentation video-call. So far, I'd say it's perfect!

This app is a MUST have! It has already increased our conversion and it has only been a few days!! On boarding is a dream, it is super easy to navigate and understand. If you do get stuck the service is the best we have ever experienced. They go above and beyond to help and support. If you are contemplating getting this go for it you will no be disappointed. How do I give 10 stars?

I was abit skeptical to try this app, But within 7 days I have a 7% Conversion Rate on the videos watched. 7%! The team is absolutely incredible. They helped me through every step even though it was supper simple. Well done guys, Def recommend this one. AND. All my social videos are in ONE spot! Rich data insights and really fun to use.

Hands-down the best choice for integrating video into your Shopify store. Very easy to deploy and we saw an instant lift in conversions. Brilliant app, great UX, no impact on site speed and the features make it easy to create a really great experience for customers. Very impressed by the Videowise team too - super responsive, really helpful and adding great new features all the time.

VideoWise is the best eCom video platform we've ever seen. Simple onboarding, great UI/UX, solid functionality, and an awesome partner to work with. We tested it on our site and it boosted our CVR. Highly recommend trying it out on your store.

VideoWise app is a must-have for any e-commerce business looking to drive sales and engagement through video content. They are constantly innovating and adding new features, while at the same time fixing any issues that might be happening to existing capabilities. The team is very responsive to feedback and is happy to provide solutions and ideas. Installing and implementing a plethora of video widgest on your website is pretty easy and intuitive, and you can even bulk publish a bunch of videos, but that depends on your store and the type of content you'll be sharing. Some of the features could be improved on (like analytics dashboard), but no app is perfect and this one is very close to it. Overall, I highly recommend VideoWise for your on-site video marketing and education efforts.

Be careful if you get this app and want to cancel your account!, YOU HAVE TO SEND AN EMAIL AND THEY DON'T EVEN REPLY. IVE SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS TRYING TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT with no response! UPDATE; CUSTOMER SERVICE REACHED OUT AND HELPED ME WITH MY ISSUE.

Amazing platform, which makes it easy to use videos from all of your social channels or uploads anywhere on the site. The team is super helpful with setting everything up so it's very smooth and painless to get up and running. I 100% recommend the app.

Videowise is a great platform with many use cases. Shoppable videos on-site, embedding videos off-site, and QR scannable codes. You can do so much with it. Onboarding, customer support, and communications are efficient through Slack. They are truly an extension of your team. You won't get the usual SaaS onboarding call and then they move on to the next. Jide has been an enormous help and I enjoy working with him. And most importantly he gets sh*t done. I am excited to see the analytics in the next 12 months. With just a week since implementing, on-site added time reached 24 hours, and 1034 videos were watched. These are just the starting numbers and I'm confident Videowise will help us increase exponentially once we analyze further. They are constantly taking in user feedback and implementing quickly. Videowise is definitely the main app in our tech stack. Thanks Videowise team and thank you Jide!

I switched over from another video app that was causing all kinds of sales-stopping bugs on our site. Videowise has been a TOTALLY different experience in every way. Videowise not only has better functionality but also a far better UI. Eugen was in charge of my setup and has been so proactive, and responsive and got us launched in a matter of a couple of days with very little work or time needed on my end. Most apps charge for this level of support but Videowise includes the white glove service. I'm so happy with Videowise and can't recommend them enough. 5,000 stars!
