Videowise Shoppable Videos UGC

After learning of videowise and doing the necessary research, I decided we've got to give it a go. Customers discover us from the videos used in Facebook ads, so it makes sense to use them and other UGC to showcase products on our website. Other reviewers confirming it didn't slow the site gave comfort it could solve the issue that prevented Shopify stores from using a lot of video. Videowise's shoppable functionality was the kicker that got me over the line. We've only been using Videowise for a few days. It's showing signs of being a great addition. Knowing the tech works effectively and the UX is great makes me think there's an opportunity for early adopters. It will be interesting to see how it affects CRO; that's the priority. The dashboard does an excellent job of helping you to assess performance. They've made a considerable effort to provide helpful analytics so you know your numbers. The onboarding has been brilliant, and the whole process of working with Eugen has been really positive. Having a dedicated CS rep makes it so much easier, I wouldn't like to take on this project alone. I look forward to continuing to build out our library and testing video placements. I'm excited about what we can do with the tech.

We've recently started using the app and the results have been nothing less than impressive. One month in and our ROI is already an 18x. Customers who engage with the app on our site are converting at 10% which is amazing! Strongly recommend you give this app a go. The team is really helpful and quite responsive. Anastasia was very reliable and ensured we got setup in the shortest time possible.

Videowise has been a fantastic feature in our US store. The video content increases engagement (without slowing down the page speed) and increases conversions. It's great that they continue to work on new features. Support is always 5 star! Have been pleasantly surprised with Videowise so far - integrating all of our social media content/ videos / ugc into our site. Leonardo has been very helpful with the implementation so far and is always so quick to respond and act on any questions or requests. It has been refreshing to have this level of quick, friendly, and reliable service. He is the best. I am looking forward to seeing the results Videowise will have on our business.

We are early into our Videowise partnership, but the signs have all been positive. We were able to prove that including their widgets on the home page provided a boost to conversion. Our CSM Leonardo was extremely helpful during onboarding and is a continuous source of support. We're excited to roll out Videowise in more placements across the site. Setup is easy, and the software is very user-friendly. I'd recommend their tool to any store owner looking to incorporate more UGC on their site.

Videowise has been an incredibly valuable asset to our website - in the few months we've had it installed we've noticed a jump in online interaction with customers and an increase in conversion rates and ultimately, online sales. With very little work needed done on our end, Eugen has created various widgets to hold our videos in the style and format requested with little hassle and an incredibly quick turnaround. VW is an incredible tool. From the different video widgets that can be applied across the platform, to the shoppable posts (so easy to create), to the ability to bulk upload a video across multiple product pages (such a time saver) VW does it all. The team was very helpful during the onboarding process and helping us to populate our videos.

This app is a very effective way to displays videos on your site. No only does it make them shoppable but allows many other ways to simply display videos that are very effective. Analytics allow you to see what is working and what isn't and the team goes above and beyond to help with any request you may have. Highly recommend.
