Really impressed with this app! What we like most is how smooth the experience is for customers. They can watch the video, tap the product, and go straight to checkout without any confusion. We’ve already noticed better engagement and easier navigation. Another big plus is that all the features are available on every plan, the only difference is the view limit. Honestly one of the best deals compared to other video apps we’ve tried. Highly recommend if you want to add more interactive content and help customers shop faster!

We initially tried VideoPoint, believing it would be a great addition to make our site more interactive and enhance engagement. What we didn’t anticipate was the significant impact it would have. Over the past year, more than 50% of our total revenue was either driven or influenced by shoppable video. Our conversion rate increased by 40%, and on average, engaged visitors now watch videos for over 1.5 minutes, which helps us explain product benefits and convert more customers. VideoPoint is an amazing app for Shopify, every store should have. Videos are proven to SELL and we have found this to be the case, with VideoPoint – no doubt about it. Easy to install and use, their user help & support are second-to-none. Much better than placing a video in the standard Shopify image/video card stack. You can edit the way the video looks, the shoppable features the customer sees after clicking the play button & more. Very, very flexible & customizable. You will definitely be able to make the videos look like an integral part of your Shopify store theme. I had a few questions after install on our swimwear site, and Kostas came up in chat immediately. He & his team must work 24-hrs a day or something. Their support team are supremely knowledgeable. I have dealt with a lot of Shopify app developers and some of them don’t know their stuff. Not Kostas – he knows every little detail and will give you tips to make the videos produced fit your Shopify theme & get the videos working to sell more on your store. I would be surprised if any store, YOUR store, did not see a 10%-40% increase using video with VideoPoint, in product pages & other areas of a Shopify site. If you are not using VideoPoint, you are losing sales. Period. Stop thinking and just install VideoPoint, now. Give it a free trial.

We run a cosmetics store, and our Shopify agency recommended trying VideoPoint. We use it to show social media videos on our product pages, like tutorials and how-to content, directly linked to the featured products. This makes it easy for customers to understand the product and buy what they see. Since adding VideoPoint, we’ve seen a clear increase in engagement, time on site, and conversions. Revenue is up without increasing traffic or ad spend. The widgets match our design, work smoothly on mobile, and don’t impact page speed. Support is fast and helpful. A must-have app.

We’ve been posting Reels for a while but never had a real way to connect them directly to our products. VideoPoint helped us do exactly that. It pulls in our Instagram Reels automatically and turns them into shoppable video widgets inside our Shopify store. Setup was simple, and we started seeing more product clicks almost immediately. It’s a great addition for any store that uses a lot of short-form content.

We’ve been using VideoPoint in our business now for a couple of months, having previously used an alternative ‘major’ provider who positioned themselves as the standard for a shoppable video app. After contacting practically all companies on the Shopify App Store we decided to make the jump to VideoPoint as other providers couldn’t provide the features we needed, they didn’t listen to feedback and they didn’t take the time to understand our business. From the get-go Kostas and team were eager to hear about our business, our goals and roadmap. Kostas took the time to visit our site, understand our vision and suggested how we could utilise the best of VideoPoint’s features to help our business. The onboarding and implementation of VideoPoint was tailored to our business and was made seamless by constant check in’s and extremely responsive communication. The VideoPoint dashboard is user friendly and easy to manage large volumes of product tagging. We’ve integrated VideoPoint video pages as a core functionality of our store. The UI is sleek and works smoothly. We upload hundreds of products per week which are tagged on VideoPoint and this has had no impact on our site speed. To date, we haven’t experienced any outages or major bugs and VideoPoint widgets have performed smoothly even when site traffic was high. We’d previously experienced issues with our old provider where the video feed was buggy and couldn’t handle high traffic - so much so that customers even fed this back to us directly. It seems all these problems don’t exist with VideoPoint. VideoPoint’s pricing is competitive with other providers but where they stand out is in the metric they use to measure usage. Other providers use impressions which often led to us having higher usage comparative (and subsequently we incurred surcharge fees) whereas VideoPoint have opted for video views as their metric. It’s also great that there isn’t a watermark on any of their paid plans (something our previous provider only offered on their highest tiered plan). As a result of using VideoPoint we’ve experienced a huge boost to conversion rates. Customer feedback has been fantastic and it's helped us grow our brand rapidly as it's a USP to our industry/market. Kostas and team have listened to our feedback and are helping us develop customised features so we can better serve our customer base. Kostas truly cares about his clients and wants them to succeed. We’ve been extremely impressed by VideoPoint to date and look forward to growing our business with them.

I've been using this app for a couple of months now & can definitely recommend it to every store owner. I've been looking for a solution to reuse UGC content and reels from Instagram in my website but struggled to find the best way for it. This app is a life-saver! It's easy to set up and most importantly - it is not intrusive yet visible and engaging for our customers. Love the feature that allows user to add to card directly from the video. Way to go!
