I was looking for something that would let me scale video production and actually cover my catalog with videos, but I was skeptical. Most “AI video” tools are way too restrictive for my SoHot Swimwear website. When the product is more open, a lot of apps either fail, censor, or generate weird results. VideoPoint surprised me. It generated solid videos in most cases, with only a few failed attempts, which is honestly better than anything else I tested. The best feature is Bulk Create. I can crank out hundreds of videos in minutes, and I love that I can use both front and back photos so the AI doesn’t hallucinate the back view. That’s perfect for lookbook-style clips. We basically turned on video commerce overnight. Engagement went up, conversion improved, and the support was hands-on and fast. If you’re a brand or retailer with a big catalog and you want shoppable videos at scale, VideoPoint is the real deal.

I installed VideoPoint because I was actively looking for a way to bring social proof and “real” shopping to my Shopify site, not a static Instagram grid. This is the first app I’ve used where the experience feels built for people like me, not some clunky, outdated tool. The AI video results genuinely surprised me. The videos looked real, not blurry or obviously AI, and the close-up shots made my products feel premium and almost 3D. It’s exactly the kind of trust signal shoppers respond to right now: “people are buying this, people love this, you should too.” Also, the pricing logic makes sense. Charging on video views (watched for at least a few seconds) instead of widget impressions is the right metric, and it’s way more fair than what most apps do. Support has been unreal. Straightforward onboarding, a free call (I’ve never seen that inside an app before), and zero pushy sales energy. It was basically “try it and tell me what you think,” which is why I even said yes in the first place. 10 out of 10, and I’m not easily impressed.

As an e-commerce business with a strong focus on lingerie and sheer apparel, video has always been one of our biggest challenges. Honestly, I wish I had found this sooner. I usually hate setting up new apps, but VideoPoint was genuinely easy. In about 10 minutes, I had my TikTok videos showing up on my product pages, and everything looks clean and fast on mobile with no impact on site speed. What really sets it apart is the AI Studio. It can turn photos into videos, and it also offers bulk video generation, letting me create hundreds of videos in minutes that are instantly shoppable and ready for PDPs socials and ads. These videos are automatically published on the site through the widgets, so visitors can buy directly through the video. We’ve seen conversion rate uplifts in the double digits. On top of that, support was quick to respond to a simple question I had. I highly recommend it if you want your store to feel more alive and convert better.

Really impressed with this app! What we like most is how smooth the experience is for customers. They can watch the video, tap the product, and go straight to checkout without any confusion. We’ve already noticed better engagement and easier navigation. Another big plus is that all the features are available on every plan, the only difference is the view limit. Honestly one of the best deals compared to other video apps we’ve tried. Highly recommend if you want to add more interactive content and help customers shop faster!

VideoPoint is an amazing app for Shopify, every store should have. Videos are proven to SELL and we have found this to be the case, with VideoPoint – no doubt about it. Easy to install and use, their user help & support are second-to-none. Much better than placing a video in the standard Shopify image/video card stack. You can edit the way the video looks, the shoppable features the customer sees after clicking the play button & more. Very, very flexible & customizable. You will definitely be able to make the videos look like an integral part of your Shopify store theme. I had a few questions after install on our swimwear site, and Kostas came up in chat immediately. He & his team must work 24-hrs a day or something. Their support team are supremely knowledgeable. I have dealt with a lot of Shopify app developers and some of them don’t know their stuff. Not Kostas – he knows every little detail and will give you tips to make the videos produced fit your Shopify theme & get the videos working to sell more on your store. I would be surprised if any store, YOUR store, did not see a 10%-40% increase using video with VideoPoint, in product pages & other areas of a Shopify site. If you are not using VideoPoint, you are losing sales. Period. Stop thinking and just install VideoPoint, now. Give it a free trial.

We’ve been using VideoPoint in our business now for a couple of months, having previously used an alternative ‘major’ provider who positioned themselves as the standard for a shoppable video app. After contacting practically all companies on the Shopify App Store we decided to make the jump to VideoPoint as other providers couldn’t provide the features we needed, they didn’t listen to feedback and they didn’t take the time to understand our business. From the get-go Kostas and team were eager to hear about our business, our goals and roadmap. Kostas took the time to visit our site, understand our vision and suggested how we could utilise the best of VideoPoint’s features to help our business. The onboarding and implementation of VideoPoint was tailored to our business and was made seamless by constant check in’s and extremely responsive communication. The VideoPoint dashboard is user friendly and easy to manage large volumes of product tagging. We’ve integrated VideoPoint video pages as a core functionality of our store. The UI is sleek and works smoothly. We upload hundreds of products per week which are tagged on VideoPoint and this has had no impact on our site speed. To date, we haven’t experienced any outages or major bugs and VideoPoint widgets have performed smoothly even when site traffic was high. We’d previously experienced issues with our old provider where the video feed was buggy and couldn’t handle high traffic - so much so that customers even fed this back to us directly. It seems all these problems don’t exist with VideoPoint. VideoPoint’s pricing is competitive with other providers but where they stand out is in the metric they use to measure usage. Other providers use impressions which often led to us having higher usage comparative (and subsequently we incurred surcharge fees) whereas VideoPoint have opted for video views as their metric. It’s also great that there isn’t a watermark on any of their paid plans (something our previous provider only offered on their highest tiered plan). As a result of using VideoPoint we’ve experienced a huge boost to conversion rates. Customer feedback has been fantastic and it's helped us grow our brand rapidly as it's a USP to our industry/market. Kostas and team have listened to our feedback and are helping us develop customised features so we can better serve our customer base. Kostas truly cares about his clients and wants them to succeed. We’ve been extremely impressed by VideoPoint to date and look forward to growing our business with them.
