Bonne application, facile à prendre en main et qui permet pas mal de personnalisation même avec le forfait gratuit. La hotline est très réactive et efficace, j'ai eu affaire à Tracy qui a su m'apporter la solution à mon problème rapidement .

I have been struggling to find the "Perfect" invoice that looks just the way I want it to. I sell many items and I needed a format that is specific, to have multiple different line items on one page. This format was EXACTLY what I wanted. I had a few personal requests, contacted their support system and Tracy helped me with my requests. She was prompt and helped me to all that she could (some points needed addressing in Shopify). So very , very helpful!.

- prices are linked to products, not orders. if you change your product price, then print a customers invoice at a later date, it reflects the product price at the time you print, not the price at the time of purchase. - I was told that there is no work around for the above issue. - when printing an invoice for international customers, it shows the aud product price crossed out, with the correct price above it (like a sale strike through) and the currency is not correctly itemised.
