I like the look of the invoice, packing list and other documents that can be generated using this app. It's the first time I've used the support service and I am very impressed with the response time. I have been struggling to find the "Perfect" invoice that looks just the way I want it to. I sell many items and I needed a format that is specific, to have multiple different line items on one page. This format was EXACTLY what I wanted. I had a few personal requests, contacted their support system and Tracy helped me with my requests. She was prompt and helped me to all that she could (some points needed addressing in Shopify). So very , very helpful!.
