Was willing to pay the fees, but I received no response to my three emails inquiring as to why my videos were not working with my theme. I'll find something better with a company that actually has a customer service department.

I loved this app, it made all my videos look and feel stunning and professional. But not now, they look horrible, I woke up to messages on the video "is this not eShopifiz"? are you changing your name and brand so early? I had to delete my videos, now I am forced to find some other source to do all our videos, I'm so upset, seeing my video showing all Magistro all over it instead of my branding!
We’re sorry to learn that you're having issues posting videos outside Shopify. That shouldn’t happen! Our team has replied to your support ticket via email with a solution; you can always choose what information is posted on your posts from Videofy by removing the Magisto hash from the post description. They just ripped the carpet out from under me. The whole app is now garbage! To use the video maker you now have to up grade and pay annually up front. $ 230.00 for the minimum plan to be able to use the app. I don't need all these templates they offer and will be going else where.
Thanks for your review! Our app offers both free and paid plans. You can create, save, & download beautiful videos with our free version. Please make sure you choose one of our free Templates or Styles (without the PRO sticker) & do not exceed a 30 second final video. Videos made with our free version have our watermark on them as well. Give it another try and let us how you like your video.

asking for £40 per month to add a logo to the video. What a useless app. Also how hard is to allow using your product images directly from your shopify products

tried this app - it's okay if you haven't tried making your own vids ... thought I could save a bit of time running an automated process - didn't like the results. I'll just stick to making my own.

I wanted to love this app. At first I was able to re-arrange the footage, but now I can't. Even when copying a video that I was able to, I am no longer able to. As I am in the US, their support is only available during the night so getting help can be a long process. They have a paid website, with much more options and better videos, but can't see a way to connect it to Shopify.

I tried this app and I wanted to like it. I've been using promo.com app and this one fell short in comparison. The text styles look really outdated and once you start editing a video, the text editor is tedious and you cannot easily change the style. I couldn't even have the video displayed on my store, which is good as I was just testing the functionality. It's free though, I'll give them that, but the current rating of 4.8 tells me that most of the reviews might be misleading.

This was chaos. I rather go be to using promo.com they have the same thing, i do not know who copied from who, but promo app is far better than this. Sorry..i have to delete it.

It's honestly a better bet to use Fiverr to create ads for you. It's a neat concept ,but the execution is way off. There are better FREE online video editors if you're trying to create a video ad. This is not it

I WANT TO DELETE THIS EMBEDDED VIDEO. It's ON THE MIDDLE OF MY PAGE AND THERE IS NO GUIDE TO DELETE THE VIDEO. PLEASE HELP ASAP TO DELETE THE VIDEO.
Thank you for reaching out. You can remove a video from your product page the same way you remove an image: On the admin of your store, go to the Products tab. Select the product you created the video for and scroll down to see the media and images section. Look for the video thumbnail with the Play button (it should be the last image). Click on the 3 dot icon and click Delete to confirm. Feel free to check your inbox and follow up there with any other questions. Our support team replied to your inquiry shortly after it was submitted :)

It's not working! I did not auto-embed on the product pages. I also show that my video will expire after 59 days.
Thank you for reaching out. We currently support auto-embed in several Shopify store-themes, but it seems that the auto-embed did not work on your store's theme. Luckily, you can also embed your videos manually. I can see that our support team has already sent you the manual embed instructions via email. As for your second comment, the expiration time is only for Draft videos, not for videos that were saved. Please note that when a video is in Draft mode, it is available for viewing/editing for a short period of time. Just make sure to save your videos once you're done editing them to make sure that they don't expire. Feel free to reach out again with any questions or feedback. Best, Team Videofy.
