Is it no longer working? Mine shows empty page when i access the homepage.. It was working two days ago

I have used the app to create a few product videos thus far. It is easy to navigate on laptop but not on phone. I love having the ability to select the photos to use, music and design. The function to add your brand colors to integrate with your desired look is awesome! My videos average 30 seconds and that's enough to grab attention. The music feature is not allowing me to hear the music until after the draft is created. I hope this feature will soon work correctly. But never fear, you can always edit and select another music source or no music at all. But their options are perfect for a catchy advertisement! The videos are professional and text can be modified or added as well as selecting your brand font & color choices for each video you produce. Links for customers to make the purchase make this the absolute best video creator! Integrates to allow posting to Facebook business page, YouTube, website and they've announced Instagram is coming soon! I'm giving it a 5 star rating even though there are some things I'd love to be different about it. It has been a great resource and I recommend everyone give it a try! Just plan to use laptop and not your mobile! Keep the updates coming Videofy!
Thanks for your star rating and detailed review! Regarding the music, on the music selection screen, when you hover over the different thumbnails, a small play button appears. When you click it, the selected music plays. Please try it and let us know if that's what you were missing. As for the mobile experience, it's on our roadmap and is coming up in one of our future updates so keep an eye out for that.

This app is great!! especially as its free! I was stuck trying to create a video for my new store and came acroos this app, which made it possible to create a great video in a matter of minutes... would defo recommend. Maybe in a paid version, you could add more products to the video

I will update my review when the item (1) is addressed in a timely manner Here's what you need to know about this app BEFORE you crush that Add app button: 1. Maximum resolution of 720p (DEAL KILLER) 2. No way to insert a call to action (CTA) text link. 3. No way to easily export videos. 4. Incompatible with Instagram.

I love this app and the potential it has! I gave it 4 stars for 2 reasons. One, they allow us to upload it to Facebook, Shopify and YouTube, Instagram needs to be one of those apps. Instagram is a major portion of the social media in regards to brands. Two, we cannot download or save the video for future use. That’s not really productive especially if we want to upload to other channels.

We are waiting for the moment Instagram rolls out the option for web sharing and then we will definitely open up that option for our users. You are able to save videos on Videofy for future use, and the download option should be available soon. Really useful app but only missing the download part incase if video needs to be uploaded later somewhere else. Also should have an option to select images from multiple products, like u can select any 1 product and all images in the product makes a video so they sould have option of selecting images from multiple products to make a video.

I use this app to make videos for my facebook page. The videos are great. Better than I expected. Hope they add more templates.
