Love this app and love their customer support. Have run dozens of contests and has helped me increase my list and engage my audience. Highly recommend. Super easy to use and their chat is so helpful

ViralSweep has been great to work with for our first ever sweepstakes! Their customer service is very quick and helpful. We have been very happy with all of the capabilities this app has to offer and are excited to run more in the future!

I have not yet made my first raffle live, but I had a large number of questions and needed help installing the widget to my website. Aldin kindly helped me. Great communication and overall customer service. I am looking forward to using Viral Sweep long term.

Amazing tool to grow your brand! Much better than a regular email sign up form. This lead to more purchases, social followers AND emails! Amazing tool. 10/10

Stay away from this app. You can't even export the contacts one by one unless you want to upgrade to a 300+ a month plan. Plenty of other options out there that works best for small companies.

We designed this tier to support businesses with more advanced needs, while offering a range of other features at different price points. If you're on a lower plan, we'd be happy to assist with importing contacts for you once or twice as a courtesy. We’re always looking for ways to improve and value your input. We use Viral Sweep for all of our giveaways. We stack it with Shopify, Shogun, and Klaviyo. Their customer service is the best I've seen out there and ever experienced. They always resolve issues and help make your campaigns run seamless!

The negative reviews here are correct. It's overpriced. The basic package offers very limited functionality. The next tier is a full $150 more which is a crazy jump. If it was $99 then fine...but $199. Its madness. It really bothers me because the tool itself is good. But only big businesses will afford it.
Our lowest plan is $49 a month, with no contracts, no restrictions on the number of campaigns you can run, or the number of entries you can have. It also includes access to every app we offer, as well as over 20+ integrations. Similar services charge for the number of pageviews you get, the number of entries you collect, or the number of campaigns you can run, while ViralSweep only charges a flat fee and with no limits. However the one you needed specifically on the giveaway you want to run is a premium integration only available on our Business plan. We hope to have you try us out again in the future and offer live chat and email support for any questions you may have.

Our experience with Viralsweep has been great! We’ve got more than what we needed. We had a big giveaway and it got more than 10K entries. All process was on our side and on customer side were great. Our communication with the customer support team was also excellent!
