Stay away from this app. You can't even export the contacts one by one unless you want to upgrade to a 300+ a month plan. Plenty of other options out there that works best for small companies.

We designed this tier to support businesses with more advanced needs, while offering a range of other features at different price points. If you're on a lower plan, we'd be happy to assist with importing contacts for you once or twice as a courtesy. We’re always looking for ways to improve and value your input. We hope to have you try us out again in the future and offer live chat and email support for any questions you may have.

We use Viral Sweep for all of our giveaways. We stack it with Shopify, Shogun, and Klaviyo. Their customer service is the best I've seen out there and ever experienced. They always resolve issues and help make your campaigns run seamless!

Our experience with Viralsweep has been great! We’ve got more than what we needed. We had a big giveaway and it got more than 10K entries. All process was on our side and on customer side were great. Our communication with the customer support team was also excellent!

ViralSweep is the absolute best giveaway platform for e-commerce brands, providing top-notch customer service and timely communication every time. If you are looking to run giveaways for your company, look no further. They are very knowledgeable in the compliance and technical aspects of running a successful giveaway.
