So far I have really enjoyed this app. It has helped bring a lot more traffic to my website. Aldin has been a life saver when I can't figure out how to get my contest running right or what settings I need. He is very quick to answer questions and never gets frustrated. I look forward to using this app more in the future.

THE APPLE OF GIVEAWAY APPS We used ViralSweep for a giveaway (an intimidating project your first go-around) and the app worked *absolutely* flawlessly. It is the Apple of giveaway apps – extremely intuitive and super easy to use. What’s more, they immediately responded to any questions with thorough and detailed responses every time.

Being my first time trying the whole giveaway Arena viral sweep has definitely made it easy and had been VERY fast at responding to questions. And taking the steps to go above and beyond to make sure my giveaway runs smoothly. Highly recommend

So far this has been a unique experience. Giancarlo was fantastic and fast in modifying some of the code to get my photo contest I am running to integrate with the shop theme I am using. Fifteen minutes from the request to chat to the resolution of the problem. 10/10 for customer service. Would recommend.

Great customer service! We had auto renewal on but we no longer use the app because of shrinkage in our industry. Viral Sweep refunded us the cost and let us cancel our plan without any hassle. Over the last two years, they have been great to work with.

I just want to say that the customer service is outstanding. The app is great and as far as our giveaway it was the best and most powerful choice. I would recommend this to anyone looking to boost their email list or customer base.

Viral Sweep integrated nicely with Shopify. We are running our second giveaway now and their customer service has been great with response times, and even solving problems after hours.

Viral sweep is great. We are on our 6th sweepstakes and they get it right every time. If i have a problem they will hop on zoom with you and fix anything you need. They are great.

3 reasons to get Viral Sweep: ease-of-use, fantastic customer support, and high functionality. Ease-of-use: yes, the app has a lot of functions and buttons and so on. But it's all pretty simple to use if you're familiar with apps like this. I had very little trouble and there are tons of tutorials to help along the way. Awesome customer support: every time I've reached out for help, Giancarlo responds in like 2 minutes. No joke. And his responses answered all my questions and concerns. Really helpful to know that I can always get a quick response if I need something. High functionality: Viral Sweep's ability went above and beyond my expectations. I was able to track tons of valuable actions and automatically apply extra entries to customers. The app integrates easily with Shopify and Klaviyo. I have no idea how I would have been able to pull off a giveaway without this app. Thanks for the great tool!

I can't think of an easier platform to use for counting entries on a giveaway! This app makes it so user friendly and the whole process seamless. Genecarlo - the co founder goes out of his way to help customers and has helped me setup my second giveaway. He is patient & quick in responding! I will be using viral sweeps for all our future giveaways!
