This app was fantastic for our giveaway. Easy to set up and worked perfectly without glitches and as explained. The support has been responsive and helpful. I plan to use this any time I do a giveaway.

EDITED: Viral sweep is great. We are on our 6th sweepstakes and they get it right every time. If i have a problem they will hop on zoom with you and fix anything you need. They are great - Coming back to change my review this is not the company it once was. Customer Service is almost non existent when it comes to solving problems - there is people to talk to but they have no idea whats going on anymore like they used to. We are abandoning these guys after this month, after working together a very long time. Started in 2021

3 reasons to get Viral Sweep: ease-of-use, fantastic customer support, and high functionality. Ease-of-use: yes, the app has a lot of functions and buttons and so on. But it's all pretty simple to use if you're familiar with apps like this. I had very little trouble and there are tons of tutorials to help along the way. Awesome customer support: every time I've reached out for help, Giancarlo responds in like 2 minutes. No joke. And his responses answered all my questions and concerns. Really helpful to know that I can always get a quick response if I need something. High functionality: Viral Sweep's ability went above and beyond my expectations. I was able to track tons of valuable actions and automatically apply extra entries to customers. The app integrates easily with Shopify and Klaviyo. I have no idea how I would have been able to pull off a giveaway without this app. Thanks for the great tool!

I can't think of an easier platform to use for counting entries on a giveaway! This app makes it so user friendly and the whole process seamless. Genecarlo - the co founder goes out of his way to help customers and has helped me setup my second giveaway. He is patient & quick in responding! I will be using viral sweeps for all our future giveaways!

A MUST HAVE! We are seeing 3 X more email and text message subscribers for our giveaways using ViralSweep. And, we are also getting thousands of new followers across all of our social profiles. The system is easy to set up, design and deploy. If you are doing giveaways without Viralsweep you are not getting the best return. 100% ironclad solution....try it!

This is a great team to deal with. The app is easy to use and well thought out. If you are choosing between giveaway apps the customer service we received from this company has been excellent. You get a response within minutes of making a request and the team is always available to assist. Overall I highly recommend them.

Love this app. I shopped around for a few contest software solutions and this was where I landed. It does everything and more than I was expecting. Giancarlo replied quickly to my questions and showed me how to use all of the features. Our lists have grown a lot mostly due to the contests we've been doing! Super happy!

Wow. I can't say enough good things about this app and the customer service I received while using it. ViralSweep handled all the details of my first giveaway. It made my contest feel professional and well-run, and enabled me to grow my email list by 4000 subscribers, my Facebook page by 700 followers, my Instagram page by 600 followers, and my Pinterest page by 500 followers. I even stopped advertising on FB after the first two weeks and it really did go viral! I had several questions, since this was my first giveaway, and I got immediate answers from Giancarlo. I mean IMMEDIATE. I will definitely be using this again!!
