Visually is very easy to use, and we’re really happy with the tool overall. Katie is lovely, and working with her support has been a real pleasure.

As much as this app has been insanely useful for unlocking capability and speed right out of the box, and as much as we’ve seen growth and increase after increase in our KPIs, the best part of this tool is honestly the people behind it. In the few months we've known each other Katie and the QA/support team are some of the best vendor partners I’ve worked with in a really long time. They’re responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely feel like an extension of our team. And we're not reaching out because something’s broken. It’s because once you see what’s possible, you want to do more, move faster, and keep pushing it further.

We had a disappointing experience with Visually’s billing model. The app charges based on order volume, but this was not clearly notified in advance. We only discovered the additional fees after reviewing our invoice, which felt unexpected and unfair.

Absolutely avoid them. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with an app. After installing their code, it caused major issues with our Shopify store. Orders weren’t coming through properly, and tags were being applied incorrectly. I reached out and asked for the code to be removed, but even that didn’t resolve the issues. Eventually, I went ahead and removed everything myself - only to find they had still left code embedded in the site. Completely unacceptable. For those looking to use this for marketing or to boost sales, I’d be extremely cautious. Based on what I’ve seen, there’s a high risk of completely false attribution, as their code is scattered all over the place. It’s going to cost you in more ways than one. I’ve reached out multiple times for help, and still haven’t had any meaningful response from their team. Absolutely horrendous. Avoid at all costs.
We’re sorry to hear this experience didn’t meet your expectations. For clarity, Visually uses Shopify cart attributes for internal tracking only. If an order originated from a cart created while Visually was installed, those attributes may still appear on the order after uninstall. This is expected Shopify behavior and does not mean active Visually code is still running on the store. There's no way you can cancel your subscription within the user account.
Hi, thanks for the feedback. Visually subscriptions are managed through Shopify, and cancellation is completed by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin. Our support team shared the uninstall steps from our Help Center. Once the app has been uninstalled, feel free to let us know and we’ll be happy to confirm from our end that everything is fully closed.
