Absolutely avoid them. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with an app. After installing their code, it caused major issues with our Shopify store. Orders weren’t coming through properly, and tags were being applied incorrectly. I reached out and asked for the code to be removed, but even that didn’t resolve the issues. Eventually, I went ahead and removed everything myself - only to find they had still left code embedded in the site. Completely unacceptable. For those looking to use this for marketing or to boost sales, I’d be extremely cautious. Based on what I’ve seen, there’s a high risk of completely false attribution, as their code is scattered all over the place. It’s going to cost you in more ways than one. I’ve reached out multiple times for help, and still haven’t had any meaningful response from their team. Absolutely horrendous. Avoid at all costs.

We’re sorry to hear this experience didn’t meet your expectations. For clarity, Visually uses Shopify cart attributes for internal tracking only. If an order originated from a cart created while Visually was installed, those attributes may still appear on the order after uninstall. This is expected Shopify behavior and does not mean active Visually code is still running on the store. It's unfortunate that we've had to leave a bad review for this app. We were looking for something easy for our team to A/B test product images. After believing the misleading advertising and description that the app will allow us to test "EVERYTHING" in minutes including product images, we went ahead and installed the app. After struggling for a week to set up a simple image test we booked a support call and were told (very bluntly) that we cannot test product images, and will need their developers to set it up. The support person was not very supportive and was not able to make the app do what was promised so we had to end the call early. Now, several days after removing the app, we are still finding code being inserted into our orders. We have contacted support again. Hopefully they will do something about this so we don't have to report and escalate this to Shopify.

Visually does support product image testing on select plans, and we offered to configure your test for free. 2. You uninstalled during the free trial, so no charges were applied. 3. No Visually code runs after uninstall, what you noted were attributes retained from carts created before your uninstalled. We’ve also updated our site wording to avoid any confusion, thanks for that recommendation!
