We’ve had a great experience using Visually for A/B testing. The platform makes it incredibly easy to launch, manage, and analyze tests without heavy dev support, which has helped us move much faster and stay agile. The insights we’ve gained have been actionable and impactful

I have been using Visually for over a year in a high volume environment. The new generative AI coding options are actually quite slick, and have been able to generate tests much more quickly with less need for engineering to get involved.

We have loved the Visually software and the Visually team that we have worked with has been phenomenal. Highly recommend Visually for your CRO software and getting the top tier service option as having their team work with you directly is highly valuable. Definitely the best CRO software we have used, by far.

Running A/B tests through Visually has been one of the highest-ROI decisions I've made. Our very first tests revealed conversion lifts between 15–27% and are projecting over $400K in annual incremental revenue from a change as simple as renaming a product. Visually.io allows us to test ideas quickly and learn even faster. The UI is clean, and the ability to make real-time changes without engineering bottlenecks is huge. From ideation to execution, they’ve been a true partner in scaling our experimentation program.

I’ve been using Visually for the past year, and it has been extremely useful for our A/B testing and CRO efforts. Not only is the app valuable, but their support team has also been amazing, especially my rep :) They come to every call with new test ideas we can launch, while also supporting and refining the tests our team brings to the table. They consistently review results, suggest smart ways to iterate, and have even gone above and beyond to help us execute more out-of-the-box custom ideas. A few of those ideas have now been validated and implemented directly into our live site code. I would highly recommend Visually to anyone serious about improving their CRO strategy.

Visually has been a great upgrade for our A/B testing and CRO workflow. The platform is stable, easy to use for both redirect and on-site tests, and the reporting and built-in guardrails give us confidence that tests are set up correctly and data is reliable. The best part has been the support. The team has been very hands-on in reviewing our tests, helping interpret statistical significance, and advising on how to structure future experiments (including AI-powered design changes and UTM-based landing page tests). Highly recommend Visually if you want both a strong tool and strong guidance.

As much as this app has been insanely useful for unlocking capability and speed right out of the box, and as much as we’ve seen growth and increase after increase in our KPIs, the best part of this tool is honestly the people behind it. In the few months we've known each other Katie and the QA/support team are some of the best vendor partners I’ve worked with in a really long time. They’re responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely feel like an extension of our team. And we're not reaching out because something’s broken. It’s because once you see what’s possible, you want to do more, move faster, and keep pushing it further.

We had a disappointing experience with Visually’s billing model. The app charges based on order volume, but this was not clearly notified in advance. We only discovered the additional fees after reviewing our invoice, which felt unexpected and unfair.

Absolutely avoid them. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with an app. After installing their code, it caused major issues with our Shopify store. Orders weren’t coming through properly, and tags were being applied incorrectly. I reached out and asked for the code to be removed, but even that didn’t resolve the issues. Eventually, I went ahead and removed everything myself - only to find they had still left code embedded in the site. Completely unacceptable. For those looking to use this for marketing or to boost sales, I’d be extremely cautious. Based on what I’ve seen, there’s a high risk of completely false attribution, as their code is scattered all over the place. It’s going to cost you in more ways than one. I’ve reached out multiple times for help, and still haven’t had any meaningful response from their team. Absolutely horrendous. Avoid at all costs.

If an order originated from a cart created while Visually was installed, those attributes may still appear on the order after uninstall. This is expected Shopify behavior and does not mean active Visually code is still running on the store. There's no way you can cancel your subscription within the user account.
Hi, thanks for the feedback. Visually subscriptions are managed through Shopify, and cancellation is completed by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin. Our support team shared the uninstall steps from our Help Center. Once the app has been uninstalled, feel free to let us know and we’ll be happy to confirm from our end that everything is fully closed.

This platform is exactly what any CMO needs to bridge the gap between data and action. It is hands-down the most efficient way to increase conversions because it takes the guesswork out of consumer behavior. The UX is incredibly intuitive, which is a game-changer. It removes the technical friction and saves our team tons of time on test creation. Instead of managing tools, we’re now focused on scaling what works.
