The Visually platform is easy to use and tests can be set up in minutes with no code needed. What's even better, is their amazing and supportive team who are constantly helping us execute complex tests to inform our strategic decisions. They also come to the table with great suggestions that we haven't even thought of. We love Visually!

Only just discovering what can be achieved wih this app, but so far so good! It's great to be able to test design changes without the help of a developer and if you run into issues the supprt is fantastic :)))

Visually.io has been an incredible addition to our Shopify stack. The app makes it so easy to customize, test, and optimize our storefront - all without needing dev time. The interface is super intuitive, their targeting options are powerful, and we’ve already seen a noticeable lift in engagement since implementing a few experiments. The support team is also top-notch - responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us get the most out of the platform. Highly recommend for any brand serious about improving on-site experience and conversion!

We've had a great experience using Visually. The platform is intuitive, easy to navigate, and delivers strong value for the cost. What really sets Visually apart, though, is their exceptional customer support. Their team is incredibly hands-on—not only helping us develop strategy but also actively supporting execution and driving real results. It's unfortunate that we've had to leave a bad review for this app. We were looking for something easy for our team to A/B test product images. After believing the misleading advertising and description that the app will allow us to test "EVERYTHING" in minutes including product images, we went ahead and installed the app. After struggling for a week to set up a simple image test we booked a support call and were told (very bluntly) that we cannot test product images, and will need their developers to set it up. The support person was not very supportive and was not able to make the app do what was promised so we had to end the call early. Now, several days after removing the app, we are still finding code being inserted into our orders. We have contacted support again. Hopefully they will do something about this so we don't have to report and escalate this to Shopify.

Our team worked with you across multiple calls and emails to support your image-testing goals. To clarify: 1. Visually does support product image testing on select plans, and we offered to configure your test for free. 2. You uninstalled during the free trial, so no charges were applied. 3. No Visually code runs after uninstall, what you noted were attributes retained from carts created before your uninstalled. We’ve also updated our site wording to avoid any confusion, thanks for that recommendation! If you’d like to revisit testing or need further support, we’re happy to help and can set this up complimentary as offered.

Great tool for Shopify users. Really user friendly, with lots of great pre-built components that are easily customisable for your stores theme. The support team are great too with any help needed on any experiences you run.

Visually have been brilliant. The tool is simple and intuitive, and the support team have been great in going above & beyond in helping us execute some more sophisticated tests. We've seen really strong uplift already and are picking up momentum. I would definitely recommend Visually to anyone thinking of A/B Testing

Visually is a really helpful tool for A/B testing and the team is very supportive. The Shopify integration works seamlessly with our product data. Our account manager Maddie is wonderful - always responsive, suggests great ideas, and provides excellent support. Definitely would recommend.

Very useful AB testing tool. I particularly like the ability to drag and drop elements and make visual changes, many of which would be quite involved to code into our site. This helps us test changes without having to commit to custom development unless it's a proven winner

Working with Visually has been a seamless and genuinely enjoyable experience. Our Account Manager, Maddie, has been amazing - supportive and consistently on-brand with our creative needs. Visually has made testing feel easy, seamless, and genuinely rewarding. From A/B to multivariate testing, everything is intuitive and well thought out, it’s easy to launch multiple variations and test quickly. The built-in tools give us everything we need to run impactful experiments right away, without needing extra workarounds or complicated setups. What truly makes Visually stand out, though, is the team behind it. Their support is thoughtful, responsive, and deeply knowledgeable. They’ve been amazing partners in our CRO journey, not just answering questions, but helping us grow our strategy.

Easy integration, makes CRO testing much simpler and faster. Their team is very hands-on and proactive, making it that much better of an experience. We love Visually because it requires no dev work in the early stages of testing. You're able to test changes to the site and only invest the time in building into your theme AFTER you have a concrete result. The best I've worked with!

Having worked with many A/B testing platforms, Visually by far has been the most comprehensive and easy to use platform on the marketplace. Their support team is A+, always available on Slack and they step in whenever needed. Highly recommend for brands looking to get started with A/B testing.

Visually.io has been a game changer in how our small team handles and executes A/B test and site personalizations. We can get a test up and running in hours not days. Which was not true with our former tool that was very dev heavy. The editor is easy to use and the Visually team is fantastic to work with. Highly recommend!
