The app is very easy to use, and the support team has been extremely helpful. In particular, Dorine has responded quickly and provided valuable tips.

I highly recommend the Visually app for anyone who wants to start CRO with strong A/B testing data, without the headache of a software integration!! This app was the easiest setup and smoothest tool for our business users. Very user friendly visual editor and we had amazing support from the team at Visually who showed up to our weekly or bi-weekly meetings with new test ideas and draft tests, as well as insights for us to dive into from our existing tests. It paid for itself with just two tests; with a free trial + no annual commitment it's a no brainer to give it a try.

Great app! It's super easy to set up and very versatile. Thank you for supporting small stores with progressive pricing! Even if you're just starting out, you get to use all the features and can run unlimited tests. I love that!

Absolutely the BEST A/B testing app out there! Setting it up was a breeze—I was amazed at how intuitive and effortless the entire process was. Honestly, words can’t capture how easy and straightforward it is to get started. Whether you're a beginner or an expert, this app will blow your mind! If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out. I seriously can’t recommend it enough!

Fair to say that Visually has changed the game for us with A/B testing and targeting specific customer groups and demographics with different content. Visually is super easy to set up and use and you don't need to know any code to get things going. I've recommended Visually to so many people I know that use Shopify and I'll continue to do so, it's excellent. The customer service is as good as I've come across - I had an issue recently where a test wouldn't work (my fault) and Dorine replied quickly, courteously and actually fixed my issue without me needing to do a thing - you couldn't wish for better customer support.

As a very small team - without any developers - we are really happy with Visually's intuitive interface. This makes it easy to visualize the changes you're planning. The app support is the best part of Visually. Sometimes you need some advice or technical know-how. Dorine is always fast to answer with friendly expert advice.

We've been working with Visually for almost 6 months now and found it as the best A/B testing tool out there, and we've tested quite a few. The fact that we don't need a developer to operate it and that tests can be set up within minutes is invaluable. Visually's team has been a pleasure to work with and offers lots of knowledge and creativity. Highly recommended!

Visually is disrupting the A/B testing space with their simple UI and ability to manipulate any page or element without a developer. Our team has been extremely impressed by the value Visually brings as a platform but more importantly - their team is amazing in supporting and driving our testing strategy. I can't say enough great things about this app! It's so easy to use - no custom coding. Every week I run a few new tests and watch my conversion rates increase. Also their customer support is the best. Just got help from Dorine who took the time to investigate my challenges and stuck with me until I was successful. Thanks!

Visually has been an invaluable testing platform for us to prove out incremental lift. We have been able to test everything from banner and copy changes, to complex sign-in modules, and the team has been extremely supportive and responsive along the way.

We've been using Visually for several months now and it has totally changed the way we look at CRO and site changes in general. The platform is so easy to use (no developer needed!) and you can launch your first test within minutes. You can test anything and everything - there are very little limitations, if any. They also have an inspiration library which really helps ideation if you're stuck! All the platform perks aside, Visually's team is absolutely amazing. Our Account Manager has been so incredible with providing suggestions as well as helping navigate the platform whenever needed. Overall, we've had a great experience so far and continue seeing impactful results. We're excited to continue working & testing with Visually!

As a high-volume, data-led brand with over 400 tests run on Visually.io, we have serious and documented concerns about the integrity of the platform’s underlying data, rendering the tool unusable for tests for us. More troubling is the shifting narrative: we were initially told there were no issues, only for technical problems to later be confirmed by their team. This raises real doubts about the accuracy of past test results and makes it impossible to trust any insights coming from the platform. We’ve invested heavily in CRO and tested many tools in the market and like any business need tools that we can rely on. Until something changes, I cannot recommend Visually.io

These were related to the configuration of a small number of edge-case tests, and were not caused by a platform-wide data issue. It's a very useful A/B Testing tool, and Visaully's Team are patient and helpful. The service team respond to me quick and troubleshoot issues very efficiently. I hope we can have take more testing with this tool so that it will improve our website service.

As a user of several A/B and personalization tools throughout my career, I've been extremely impressed with Visually. It just works, the UI is super intuitive, and my onboarding experience has been nothing short of fantastic. Every meeting I've had with the Visually team has been informative, inspiring and concrete. Visually has already had a significant impact on our business, and its intuitive interface makes our CRO fun, smooth and fast. Highly recommended.
