I had some questions about one of the vital app setup where I have reached them thru customer service. The chat support person was friendly, professional and quick with the response. I been looking for the mistakes since last 20 minutes but the support only took few minutes and came up with the solution for the problem. Very satisfied with the app and the customer service!
