WAIR Size & Fit Recommendation

Big fan of the product and of the team behind it. Highly recommend the app.

We’ve been trying to implement this plugin in our store for over two months now. We got stuck at the Klaviyo campaign setup - specifically on something as simple as translating a survey from English to Polish. Something that should take minutes (especially now, with AI) has been pending for two months. Neither we nor the agency helping us have received any response to our emails. For a long time the agency defended WAIR, but when I pushed for a straight answer, I was told the issue is simply a lack of responsiveness on their end. The tool itself looked great during demo - which makes the support situation all the more frustrating. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product due to the team behind it. A great product let down entirely by customer service.

Using WAIR for a year now on skullandbones.com. Not as intuitive for user experience as advertised. Many unhappy customers with sizing suggestions by WAIR; recent audit of my site shows that Customer frustration lies in the WAIR app experience as per my site developer Bemeir LLC.

I discovered WAIR on a whim. The scope of support, quality of product and service, and the easy of use is wild considered how low the price point is! Seriously, the only other size app close to this level of function and quality costs hundred and thousands of dollars a month. This is $29!! And the app works very well, clients like it and there is so much more to explore once our sizing data begins accumulating.

We've been using WAIR for about a year now - and have tried 2-3 other sizing recommenders on our site. WAIR has been hands-down the easiest both in terms of rapid onboarding of our entire product line, but also from a customer UX perspective. We've found that while our average return rate hovered around 22%, orders using WAIR had a return rate of 14%. The solution is quite turnkey and rapidly addresses fit across site. One challenge is for products with multiple fits (e.g. slim/standard) - but they're working on a solution.

Great tool! As a size inclusive brand where trust and confidence in our size (and now thanks to WAIR) our recommendation, WAIR has knocked it out of the park. They worked with us to dial in the tool to our custom fit patterns, and recommend the perfect size to the customer all the time. Customer service is great too, when we have questions or are trying to achieve certain implementations with the app, the team is super accommodating and provides excellent support in helping us realize those outcomes.
