I discovered WAIR on a whim. The scope of support, quality of product and service, and the easy of use is wild considered how low the price point is! Seriously, the only other size app close to this level of function and quality costs hundred and thousands of dollars a month. This is $29!! And the app works very well, clients like it and there is so much more to explore once our sizing data begins accumulating.

We've been using WAIR for about a year now - and have tried 2-3 other sizing recommenders on our site. WAIR has been hands-down the easiest both in terms of rapid onboarding of our entire product line, but also from a customer UX perspective. We've found that while our average return rate hovered around 22%, orders using WAIR had a return rate of 14%. The solution is quite turnkey and rapidly addresses fit across site. One challenge is for products with multiple fits (e.g. slim/standard) - but they're working on a solution.

As eCommerce has rapidly evolved, so has the need for innovative solutions to the unique problems that shopping online has brought with it. For our brand, sizing is one of the main pain points for our customers and one of the biggest drivers of returns. By utilizing WAIR, we have been able to give our customers the confidence that they'll receive the right size and have reduced the number of returns which has brought our costs down. Great technology and great team! If you're an apparel brand, you need to install WAIR!

Great tool! As a size inclusive brand where trust and confidence in our size (and now thanks to WAIR) our recommendation, WAIR has knocked it out of the park. They worked with us to dial in the tool to our custom fit patterns, and recommend the perfect size to the customer all the time. Customer service is great too, when we have questions or are trying to achieve certain implementations with the app, the team is super accommodating and provides excellent support in helping us realize those outcomes. Great app, entirely worth it. Thanks WAIR team!

One of our biggest pain points is sizing..... until now. From start to finish this app has been nothing short of a miracle. We have been looking to optimize our sizing guide on our website for a while now. WAIR turned out to be the perfect solution. I am typically tentative when adding new apps to our site, due to the implementation process. Their team took on the whole development project and seamlessly integrated it to our product page within days. We've seen a 4x in conversion on WAIR orders, and are excited to continue to build out our data set. 10/10 would recommend for updating your current size guide.

We love WAIR, and so do our customers. Which option sounds easier: a) a customer lands on your site, likes a style, finds the sizing chart, pulls out a measuring tape, and has to repeat that process for every product, or b) the customer fills out their body type information, and the site shows their specific recommendation for every product based on their body type. Not only is WAIR an awesome, lightweight software that provides a better shopping experience than the commonly used alternative, but our shoppers who use it convert at a much higher rate than those who don't. It creates confidence in sizing, reduces returns, and creates a better customer experience overall. Plus, the WAIR team has awesome client support, and we enjoy working with them!

I cannot say enough good things about the Wair Team and their app! The team is super helpful and incredibly responsive, and the product has become an integral part of our customer buying journey. Our return rate has dropped drastically since we implemented Wair. And since it tells customers their size based on their extensive collection of body scans in combination with our brand's size chart, it has eliminated customers having to try and decipher a confusing size chart!
