I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this app was extremely disappointing. I installed the app to connect Shopify and Walmart and started testing it during the free trial period. Very quickly, I discovered that the app was not suitable for my business. Product data and variations were not transferring correctly, and I repeatedly had to contact support regarding issues that should have been handled automatically by a marketplace connector. I manage a catalog of approximately 3,500 SKUs. A solution at this scale must work reliably without requiring constant manual intervention. Even after support attempted to help, product variations continued to sync incorrectly. For example, fixed size variants were broken into separate width and height attributes, creating invalid combinations and requiring manual corrections. The most frustrating part was the cancellation process. Before my free trial ended, I contacted the company and clearly requested cancellation because the app was not meeting my needs. I also reported that the cancellation option they referenced was unavailable in my account. Despite notifying them before billing, the annual charge of $550 was still processed. After the charge was made, my refund request was denied. Shopify Support reviewed the case and confirmed that I had requested cancellation before the trial expired and that the cancellation option was unavailable, but the developer still refused to issue a refund. The support team is responsive when discussing onboarding and sales, but when it came to resolving a billing issue that was reported during the trial period, I was left without a reasonable solution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this app.

We had an issue syncing our SKUs to Walmart and weren’t sure how to resolve it. The Ced support team was incredibly helpful. After we contacted them, they quickly scheduled a meeting and patiently walked us through the process step by step. They were very professional, polite, and supportive throughout the entire session. Thanks to their guidance, we were able to successfully complete the sync. We truly appreciate their excellent support and will definitely continue using the app. We’ll also be happy to recommend Ced to other sellers.

Very disappointing experience. I subscribed to this app expecting functional support and guidance on how to properly use the features I’m already paying for. Instead, every interaction with customer support turns into a sales pitch for additional paid services. Rather than assisting with setup, errors, or understanding how the app works, the support team’s primary focus seems to be upselling. Basic help that should come with a subscription is locked behind more payments, which is unacceptable. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a Shopify app. Support should help users succeed with the product they’re already paying for—not pressure them into buying more. I will be forwarding this experience to Shopify for review. Shopify should be aware that this app uses its customers as sales leads rather than providing proper support for the app itself. Instead of helping subscribers resolve issues or learn the platform, support repeatedly pushes paid services. This is not acceptable for a paid Shopify app and defeats the purpose of having customer support included with a subscription.

I've been struggling with my wal-mart/shopify connection for months now because of issues with a different app. CedCommerce is the 3rd app I tried and I'm so happy and relieved to have finally found an app that works and has excellent support. It was the only app that invited me to an onboarding call, even while I was still just in the free trial phase. They responded to my need for additional setup help with a video chat instead of just an AI bot. Any small help I've needed along the way, I'm connected with a live rep that understands not only their own app, but also Shopify and Wal-Mart. I highly recommend this app for Wal-Mart/Shopify connections and I'm looking forward to trying the Ced app for Tik Tok in the near future.
