Horrible APP, I was going to use this for walmart integration only and now the are requiring us to use all other integrations? The woman Nidhi Rajput even tried to say walmart required it, total farce!!!! What , even had a horrible conversation via facebook.the APP clearly states for walmart and now they want our Amazon and Etsy? ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: ....

Very easy to use and integrate with Walmart. The customer support is also awesome. If you have a shopiy store and want to sell on Walmart you cannot go wrong with this integration.

The app is decently structured and provides all features we needed for our use case, plus many more that we have not touched yet. Main pain point was the setup on Walmart. 99% of our 600 SKUs we wanted to sell did not exist yet on Walmart. The self-service publishing inside the app only worked for about 1/4 of the products, with the rest having various issues. I'm positive that this is mainly an issue with the Walmart API. Fortunately, the app developer provides excellent support. Very fast responses, and was able to resolve all of the various listing issues. If you have to create a larger number new listings, I'd strongly advise to let the app developer do the publishing for you. The actual operation is smooth. Orders and stock levels sync as they're supposed to. This is exactly as hands-off a solution as we were looking for.

Amazing solution provided by Ced. I have received a great support from their team. Integration works very well. I listed my products on Walmart.com quickly without any trouble. I am already using their various integration apps like Newegg, Wish, Tophatter, Google Express, and Importer and also looking to grow my business more with them. Highly recommended to everyone. AAA+++++

Unless you are VERY experienced with product feeds and associated issues, this is not for you. When our feeds actually published, the mapping was a mess and nearly all lines items would have had to be manually entered on the Walmart site, had we not pulled the plug after testing a few products. Also, once published, we were unable to make any changes. Just an awful experience all around.

I started using this app in 2018. Then I decided to try the Walmart Marketplace app. Foolish mistake. Saurabh from CEDCommerce reached out to me when I switched and let me know they understood and they would be there if I changed my mind. I QUICKLY came back to CEDCommerce. 1st, the customer service is amazing. Nikesh helped me get everything back in place and up and running - stayed with me through every step. Took less than an hour to be back with CEDCommerce. The features I LOVE with the CEDCommerce app - I can pull in orders at any time - I do not need to wait for the scheduled feeds to come over - this feature alone saves me during the Christmas season in keeping all my inventory in sync. Product control - incredible. I was able to configure the app to work exactly how I wanted to integrate in WMT Seller Central (as in what syncs and what does not). It provides me direct insight into feed failures and steps to correct on my own. I am able to force changes to Walmart vs waiting on scheduled process (that still run). There are many others... but you get the idea - great stuff. I have been using this app for over 4 years. It is always being updated with more and more features that make my job easier. But the #1 thing I love about this app is the customer service. You can online chat with them 24/7. The customer service team is top notch. Yes, I am singing a lot of praises, but as they say, you don't know what you got until it is gone, and those 5 days I was away trying another app was a real eye opener as to how awesome this app is - it sets the standard in my opinion. As we have continued to grow with Walmart, CEDCommerce has been right there with us, a great partner.

I was trying to get this setup and working through the chat at first, I have been on Walmart and am still on Walmart and my Consumer ID and Private Key that were coming from Walmart kept showing up as invalid. So went to a phone call. They are from outside the US and the call was very choppy, along with the language barrier made it very difficult to accomplish anything. So long story short, I am going to try and find another integration partner. This one as far as I can tell may be good once you set up, but the setup process is so onerous that I wasted almost a day trying to get it done.

Hi Shane, The Consumer ID and Private Key is extracted from Walmart and the app match it to configure the app with Walmart. The invalid error is from Walmart when they are unable to match the keys. This happens sometime but as you were connected with us on a LIVE chat this was fixed at the same time. There have been some great improvements to this app in recent months and without it we would never have been able to successfully connect from Shopify into Walmart. It takes a bit of getting used to, but the Team at CedCommerce have also been quick to respond and extremely helpful along the way.

I honestly did not think that these guys could intergrade my shopify with Walmart but they were able to with no issues, customer service is AMAZING always helpful and answer the calls. thank you Update 5 years later: Working with these guys for over 5 years and i am super impressed, they always answer the chat and help me to the fullest. love this company highly recommend super easy. thank you

We've been using this app for a little over 6 months and I must say we are satisfied. The onboarding was a little challenging, considering its a new platform; however, the team, especially Dan, was very supportive until we went live, and they continue to provide great support. We are pleased with the product and the service.

Great level of service. They are always available to help with even the most simple matters. The app is easy to use, it is Wal Mart marketplace and catalogue that has many faults! Highly Recommended to start Walmart marketplace. Nidhi has been very supportive in helping me with my many issues and I am very grateful. Thank you.

DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE A CALIFORNIA SELLER There are currently issues with the way Walmart.com handles sales tax for California sellers, which this app (and their support team) will not be able to assist you with. In general, when working with Walmart Marketplace, it's a good idea to work with one of their Channel Partners to ensure things go smoothly. While CED Commerice is one of those partners, their relationship with Walmart is apparently very weak and/or they have no sense of urgency. (Walmart doesn't really seem to give them the time of day, which means any issues you have that you may want your channel partner to help with, don't actually get addressed.) Also, other people's comments about set-up are true: Getting started is ROUGH. You will need to devote many hours over several weeks to get things going. (This is, in part, because their support is very slow, in a time zone a world away, and not everyone is entirely competant. Your mileage may vary.) We're definitely not thrilled and have switched to a different Walmart app that has been going much better. (You get what you pay for, it would seem.)

Just started using it less than a week ago but so far so good...easy implementation with really good and proactive customer service (Nidhi)...I also use their JET integration app...both work technically well and have good customer service. I got sales on both marketplaces quickly after installing.
