I had a fantastic experience using CedCommerce! Their team was incredibly helpful and responsive, especially Prashant, who handled all the details with great care. He worked tirelessly, day and night, to ensure everything was running smoothly on our Walmart account. The app itself is a game-changer—it simplifies everything with just one click, making our workflow much more efficient. CED Commerce works great for syncing my product catalog across multiple marketplaces. Customer support is also great!

CedCommerce does not sync inventory properly in addition to other persistent issues that have resulted in a hit to seller performance. The primary function of any sales channel manager is to sync inventory between platforms. Inventory discrepancies are a daily occurrence, leading to overselling on eBay. After contacting support on several occasions with no success we are moving on. While support has quick response it does appear there is NO tech support only customer service.

App has been great for syncing our Walmart and Shopify systems. Support has been a blessing whenever and issue arises.
