The app works great for us. We're able to fulfill the orders that come in easy peasy. JUst had an issue with shipping rules and customer support helped me knock it out quickly.

The review below is our real experience with CED and their support. We paid them $700 to create the product listings for us, and they promised a 7-day turnaround. We gave them 28 days and the listings were still not correct. Every time they contacted us and said they were done, the listings had obvious errors that they would have noticed if they bothered to look at them. They promised a refund of the service if they could not complete the task, so we asked for the refund. They apologized and assured us they could fix the problems if we gave them one more week, so we did. Ten days later, the problems still weren't fixed so we again asked for the refund. They continued to try to stall and ask for more time. It has now been 3 more weeks and still no refund. They no longer respond to our emails and have completely ghosted us. We will no longer use their apps or recommend them.

Our team has recently used CEDCommerce to submit an extensive batch of SKUs to in order to connect to our ERP and it worked seamlessly. The team was able to help us navigate the challenges we were facing, especially with the new Walmart update which essentially poses a few attribute issues (required ones and recommended ones). Overall it was a good experience, and we will continue using their service.

This was extremely helpful in getting rid of 3PL direct connect and having everything connect to Shopify for proper order and inventory syncing. Their support team is accommodating in setting up your account; I would double-recommend that you prefer this app to any other in the market. Lastly, their support member, Yasmeen, helped me throughout this process.

CedCommerce Walmart Connector worked great for integrating my Shopify store with Walmart, the integration is fast and seamless. Their customer support is excellent and always provides clear, personalized solutions to any issues I’ve had. I am completely satisfied with their service. Highly recommend.

I am baffled by the application developer's request for an additional $299 to fix a problem with their application. Given that I have already paid $190 for its use, this demand seems unjust. The issue of the application incorrectly flagging non-duplicate SKUs as duplicates is something they should address. While the application fulfills its basic functions, there are still bugs and issues that require resolution.
