Great service and response time. Very friendly.
CedCommerce does not sync inventory properly in addition to other persistent issues that have resulted in a hit to seller performance. The primary function of any sales channel manager is to sync inventory between platforms. Inventory discrepancies are a daily occurrence, leading to overselling on eBay. After contacting support on several occasions with no success we are moving on. While support has quick response it does appear there is NO tech support only customer service.

App has been great for syncing our Walmart and Shopify systems. Support has been a blessing whenever and issue arises.

After struggling to set up the Marketplace Connect app, I heard about CedCommerce and have had a great experience getting this one set up. CedCommerce has a great interface, and the support team is super helpful! They have been quick to jump on a call anytime I've had to troubleshoot issues during setup, so that degree of support is much appreciated.
