We've seen a significant improvement in customer engagement and response times since using WATI. The ability to automate messages for order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer support has streamlined our operations and provided a better experience for our customers. The user interface is intuitive, and the support team has been responsive and helpful. The only drawback we've encountered is with the Shiprocket integration for order status updates. It would be great if this aspect could be improved for smoother order tracking and updates.
