Never recommend with them, worst support, Almost taking charges around lack still hidden charges. Trial Period for just 7 days, rather to use Kwik at least have better support, faster resolution.

Some features of the app works but help is non existent they dont respond and when they do it is to ask for generic pics at 2am in the morning when no one is up and then it goes on. Ive been waiting days with no help. Extremley poor service and support. If i could give 0 stars i would

On the backend, data management is finally simple. Customer segmentation, which used to feel overwhelming, is now clear and easy to handle. WATI also streamlined our order confirmations, so we’re no longer chasing manual follow-ups. Most importantly, it helped us recover revenue we were losing from abandoned carts, and we saw the lift in conversions almost immediately.

WATI stopped us from leaving money on the table with abandoned carts. The lift in conversions was visible right away. It also sorted out our order confirmations, so we aren't chasing manual tasks anymore. On the backend, the data management is finally simple—segmenting customers used to feel overwhelming, but now it’s just structured and easy.

WATI did the heavy lifting for our abandoned carts, and the conversion rates actually moved. Order confirmations aren't a manual grind anymore; they just run. It also finally brought some sanity to our database. Segmenting is simple now, not a mess.
