Paying customer, 1+ week unresolved billing issue causing a dunning block β€” bank confirms no problem on my end, tried 3 cards, all failed on Wati's gateway. Support won't lift the block despite repeated escalation. Now the mobile app itself has stopped working, completely halting my business on WhatsApp. Very disappointing for a paid plan with this much impact on operations.

You cant do campaign message in Growth plan and customer service keep saying that it is due to the change in policy. After a yearly subscription i have come back to the monthly and have to find the alternate if there is no support or call form WATI team as usual. I am simply looking for refund instead of more suffer.
