Never recommend with them, worst support, Almost taking charges around lack still hidden charges. Trial Period for just 7 days, rather to use Kwik at least have better support, faster resolution.

Some features of the app works but help is non existent they dont respond and when they do it is to ask for generic pics at 2am in the morning when no one is up and then it goes on. Ive been waiting days with no help. Extremley poor service and support. If i could give 0 stars i would

On the backend, data management is finally simple. Customer segmentation, which used to feel overwhelming, is now clear and easy to handle. WATI also streamlined our order confirmations, so we’re no longer chasing manual follow-ups. Most importantly, it helped us recover revenue we were losing from abandoned carts, and we saw the lift in conversions almost immediately.

WATI stopped us from leaving money on the table with abandoned carts. The lift in conversions was visible right away. WATI did the heavy lifting for our abandoned carts, and the conversion rates actually moved. Order confirmations aren't a manual grind anymore; they just run. It also finally brought some sanity to our database. Segmenting is simple now, not a mess.

Of all the tools available on Shopify to follow up with potential customers who have abandoned their carts, my favorite by far is WATI. It offers a fast and seamless integration with WhatsApp, and the app is both highly efficient and very easy to use. You don’t need advanced or highly technical knowledge, and after trying many alternatives, I would definitely choose WATI without hesitation.

this tool has really increased my conversions, it handles automated responses, order updated as well as direct sales campaign, this tool has increased my conversion rate as well. it is one of the best tool i've been using, i recommend this to other shopify store owners

I like using Wati because it helps in keeping communication with our customers professional and reliable. The user-friendly interface is so effective that even interns can handle it well. Wati reduces repetitive manual messaging by providing automated reply templates, which is very helpful in managing leads and tracking WhatsApp inquiries we receive from our website and social media pages. It's also great that I can integrate our Instagram and Messenger, so we receive social media messages directly in Wati. The transition from Gupshup to Wati was smooth, as Wati is user-friendly and affordable. The initial setup was perfect with no issues.
